Wood Floor Warehouse Avis 

Helped me from start to finish in purchasing my floor. They sent out samples promptly and answered any queries I had. Delivery arrived on time and floor has now been fitted. Would definitely recommend!

Would thoroughly recommend as product does exactly what it says. Fantastic value also.

man cave is now complete with a lovely laminated floor which hubby put down himself :) although offer was given to have it fitted. The staff are really great in store they helped me work out measurements and advised what was best. couldn't do enough to help. Thanks guy's well be back.

Update: they have contacted me by telephone more than once to intimidate me into removing the review. Now I have recieved an email saying that they don't recognise me as a genuine customer... I can guarantee that I am, and they are bullies.

I paid for samples of engineered floor. What I recieved was laminate & it is clearly labled laminate. The top layer was also chipped from where they cut it.

Even after aleterting them to this they insist it is in fact engineered.

I would not trust them to supply quality flooring, therefore I'm out. I will have to inform my bank to retrieve the payment.

***NOTE, THE PRODUCT IS CLEARLY LABELED 'LAMINATED'

Would not recommend this company. Floors never showed up on the day they were to be delivered after been assured they were on the truck and would definitely be delivered. My partner had to find the warehouse and collect the floors himself. They kept shifting the blame to the haulage company. I did get a refund for my delivery but was told I was lucky as normally they wouldn’t refund the delivery even though the floors weren’t delivered.

I called into the shop just for a look with the wife and ended up purchasing herringbone floor. The staff were great and talked us through all the products and got a great understanding with out the pressure of buying a floor. They have a massive showroom with great displays.

Great service and the best showroom in North west. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Shop was busy which is always a good sign! We ordered and were able to get it delivered that week. Very happy all round

Printing error on at least a third of the laminate floor I ordered, I rang within 24 hrs to complain, they said I'd have to arrange return of it myself, wasn't feasible as I live 100 miles away, I guess you get what you pay for, cheap rubbish!

1st class service - purchased oak herringbone engineered flooring for my lounge and it’s fabulous!!!! Top quality flooring and works perfectly with my limestone flooring throughout the rest of the downstairs. Thanks guys !

Visited Warrington store today,

Found some flooring we liked but the prices advertised are false, they advertise their stock per square metre not per box, so unless the product you are buying exactly one square metre you will paying a lot more and than it states,

Most company’s at the very least advertise both prices,

The sales person was very abrupt and ignorant when I said it’s false advertising,

Definitely don’t like people being pointed out they are lying to their customers

The delivery cost is very very expensive it’s cheaper to rent a van than it is to get them to deliver it,

It’s a good place to look at the wood but be prepared to be ripped off

I had a small problem with 2 boards in my order they were replaced without question. Then I had a problem for some reason completing the fitting of the floor, perhaps due to lack of confidence. I went in to ask advice and the staff very kindly said they'd send out their fitter to have a look. He easily resolved the problem and my floor is now complete and looking great.

Based on my experience I'd be happy to recommend Wood Floor Bangor to anyone.

I have ordered online from wood floor warehouse on many occasions and have been delighted with their quality and service. I am an experienced wood floor installer and have found their engineered and laminate flooring to be excellent quality at very competitive prices. Stock is always readily available and delivery times are quick.

Samples got delayed in the post but Megan was kind enough to send me an extra set. Very quick and attentive customer service. Thanks very much.

I'm very dissapointed to be writing this as I had read the reviews before ordering, I paid extra for an allocated time slot, even called to make sure it was actually being delivered and was advised that my order would be delivered by 5pm, after taking the afternoon off NO ORDER TURNED UP ! And of course the office was then closed,
Floor fitters organised for the weekend too I mean could it have got any worse!!!!!

Im giving this store a one star because it won't allow me to give it zero . I stood in the ravenhill store for 30 minutes with no member of staff approaching is. I had to ask if anyone was working today which i was told abruptly yes two . As i was about to leave staff then approached to help, I advised them too late .

We bought a sample on eBay before we realised they had a shop in Warrington!! So drove over and there is so much choice I loved that all different floorings are layed down so you can get an idea of which is best!! And they’re really reasonably priced, the warehouse guys even loaded the car for us and ensured every pack was perfect I would definitely use them again :)
