Order never came - emails bounce.

Ordered on March 3 with promised expedited delivery in 5-9 days and still have not received anything (April 21). Card was charged immediately! I emailed a month ago - no response. Emailed again today - the email now bounces!! Ripped off!

Do not place an order with this company

I never received my order from this company. My credit card was charged within 48 hours of placing the order. I have made attempts to contact them. My emails have never been answered. I am $100 out of pocket. What crappy customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered the product March 3/26 and still not received anything from Woodly. I have emailed twice and the email address and website no longer exist. Scammed out of my money

I ordered the teak set of utensils in…Woodly teak utensils

I ordered the teak set of utensils in Jan. 2026 and one cutting board. Did finally get them about three weeks later. Decided to order another cutting board. Did eventually get that. However, the larger cutting board has split. I maybe used it twice and never left it in water. Tried to email with photos. The email bounced back as u deliverable. The sets sold on Amazon are varied and every bit reliable and much cheaper. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM WOODLY IF THEY POP UP AGAIN.

Yeah must be a scam

Yeah must be a scam! Placed an order in February and received nothing. Got an email shortly after saying they fell behind due to increased demand and orders would be shipped in March. Still nothing. Social media is down. Website is down

I was also scammed by Woodly

I was also scammed by Woodly. I did finally receive the utensil set after a few weeks, but it was an extremely Inferior product with many flaws. I had to toss most pieces in the garbage. "Olivia" emailed me to ask about the "wonderful" product before I ever received anything. I sent back pictures asking for a refund but no answer. The website has since disappeared. Buyer beware and lesson learned.

Scam on woodly

Scam. We never received our product. Now site is gone. And try to get your money back. Good luck.

I should have known better

Ordered March 9. ( Teak utensil set and 3 cutting boards) . Unfortunately, AFTER ordering I saw a few things that sent up some red flags. Credit card charged right away. Invoice says 5-8 day priority shipping. At 9 business days and no merchandise I sent a status inquiry as the Shop app still says Pending. Yesterday at 11 business days I sent another email (responding to the invoice email as it said at the bottom) asking for an update. No answer received. After some looking around and coming here it would seem it's all a scam. I don't see any of their Facebook ads anymore. woodlystore.ca doesn't open what it used to either.
Edit: after posting today another ad came across my Facebook feed for a shopteakora.com site and this website is practically a carbon copy of the Woodly store.ca. Another scam no doubt. The site isn’t even completely finished.

Do NOT buy anything from Woodly

I purchased the Woodly Teak utensils on February 16 received an email stating that since the company went viral all purchases will go out in March. I have emailed the company three times asking for the product I paid for. Nothing. No tracking number either and Shopify still says pending. Lost my money to this fake company. I got scammed. Beware of this company do not purchase anything!

A big disappointment

I ordered the 9 piece utensil set on March 7th. Got a message from “Woodly Club” saying they were a small Canadian business, have recently gone viral on social media, their orders have gone thru the roof, they are playing catch-up and to expect my order in no more than 2 weeks. My credit card has been charged, it’s been 2weeks, but I have received nothing. No response from my 2 emails. I guess Facebook does not bother to vet any of its advertisers.
Update: Ad on Facebook for Teakora.com is also suspect. When it popped up on my feed, I wrote “Beware. This looks very similar to the ads by Woodly store.ca that are a scam. Check out the comments on trustpilot.” My comment was deleted.

Scam company

Scam company. I ordered the utensils & 3 cuttung boards. It took forever but I did receive them. Prior to receiving the products, I received a very friendly email from Olivia asking what I thought of the products and if I had any questions, I replied that I was not able to answer her as I hadn’t received anything. These are poorly made quality utensils with unfinished edging. I sent an email to “Olivia” with pictures letting her know how disappointing the products are considering the price paid. Crickets from “Olivia”. Inferior products, not worth the money, do not buy as I’m now convinced this is a scam company. My bad for not researching more before purchasing.

I placed an order on Feb 25th and have…

I placed an order on Feb 25th and have heard nothing since.. no product, no messages. They don’t seem to have a website. I’m beginning to think this whole thing was just a scam.
If in the future I do receive the product I ordered I will post a reversal.

Update..
It is now April 8th and nothing. These people are nothing more than rip off artists! They don’t even deserve 1 Star..

Received 2 broken items

Received 2 broken items. Received an email from “Olivia” asking me if the product was ok and to reply to her email if I needed any help with anything. I replied and sent pictures of damaged pieces and, of course, never heard back. I followed up on my email and again, no response. I usually google companies before I purchase. I dropped the ball on this one. I don’t recommend dealing with this company.

I think I got scammed

I think I got scammed . The company is Woodly natural teakwood ustensiles. I payed 120.58$ Feb 16th for wooden ustensiles it’s been a month and I never received anything . No tracking number and no response to my repeated messages. Just got an e-mail asking me if I was pleased with my product …. I’m mad!
