Woodpecker Production Limited Avis 

Sold from a car garage with the sellers not being able to speak English. We instantly knew we made a mistake when we collected the hot tub. We picked the ofuro hot tub, there was no filter which we didn’t know was necessary at the time. Water lasts 2-3 days before going stale even with chlorine. 2 years on and the stainless steel rusted and turned brown, unfortunately theres no option to prove with pictures (it is under a solid roof so no excuse there) There were leaks from the very start which nothing was done to resolve by them. The Furness also seems to be leaking now. Audrius appears genuine until he proves other wise.

This is my 4th wood burner hot tub for my Glampsite. I have four lodges.
I could not be thankful enough as every single one of my guest has left me a 5 star review and I can only thank woodpecker hot tubs as they all love the Tubs.
From design to delivery everything was spot on.
I can not recommend enough.
I look forward to ordering my 5th to go with my 5th lodge.

Really happy with our new wood fired hot tub. Woodpecker offer a fantastic service and a good value product. We went to see the tubs before we ordered and were really pleased with the quality. Great communications with Anita to discuss and agree the order details. The delivery was really smooth and Dominic filled us in on the tub operations. Very happy customers and I'm sure we will order again.

Really good communication, speedy delivery, and excellent product. Although a bit of an issue on the day, this was not entirely their fault. My only bit of advice would be to invest in a truck with HIAB type of lift. But overall very happy with service

Wonderful experience dealing with Woodpecker. We had a slight issue with the height dimensions to get it round the back but the two lads delivering went above and beyond to help. I would recommend woodpecker hot tubs.

So happy with our purchase. First class service from start to finish. Fantastic communication through out. Delivery was awkward to where we needed it to be, it was heaved, pulled and pushed over grass up a slight rocky grass hill then onto the gravel then finally to the garden. The delivery man was fab. Very pleased with the purchase , the hot tub is as described , lot of space , the heather is amazing , water gets hot very quick , amazing quality and communication with the seller was spot on , very helpful and answered all the questions to find the right product for us!!! I arranged for the purchase of a hot tub from woodpecker hot tubs.

The buying process was easy with communications regarding delivery efficient and helpful.

We arranged delivery to the island of Arran in Scotland and tub arrived as arranged.

Extremely happy with the hot tub and it works so well as promised.

Bought hot tub package through the sites eBay page, found that the prices were much better than others I'd looked at, especially when you add in the extras (head rests, covers, wood type .....).

Communication from woodpecker was fantastic, often replying out of regular working hours, delivery timescale was accurate (3/4 weeks from order). Had a delay on first shipment date but updated with a new one within a couple of days. I advise having a few people ready to help with delivery and moving into position to support the delivery guy.

As for the hot tub, due to the good old British weather I've only tested it out the once, I got the elite king which was 220cm in diameter, took some time to fill but no issues, hot tub looks amazing, I got a burnt wood finish and grey gel coat interior, got both water jets and air bubbles with 3 colour changing led bulbs, all controlled with buttons on the side, running a 13 amp standard extension lead to run the electrics bit (although you don't need to if you just wanted a relaxing hot soak). However these do add a touch of luxury.

After use, next day, tub was still very warm and treat myself to another dip.

Just need some dry weather now too fully enjoy and there's a few friends and family queuing to join us.

Met up with Audrius and the team at the recent Midlands Glamping Show. Was impressed with the quality of their hot tubs and bought an Ofuro tub with wood heater. Arrived within 3 weeks and is a fantastic hot tub. Heats up in about an hour and the jacuzzi jets provide that extra bit of luxury. Thank you Woodpecker.

This fire 🔥 hot tub is the best think I've ever bought amazing value and such a therapeutic relaxing way of life after a busy day in work it's just fantastic to get into and unwind..the family are all in the tub as well over the weekends also.ive used it so so much since April 2023 .Garry

Audrius was honest and upfront from the first phone call and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. We specified our tub from the list of available options (plus added a sand filter) and the price was very reasonable.

A few times they took 48 hours to respond but assume this is because they’re very busy. The hot tub delivery was smooth and the driver did a great job. There was a minor manufacturing issue with the sand filter but they immediately sent out an engineer to have a look.

The experience was extremely positive overall and we absolutely love our tub! Don’t hesitate to buy. Great company.

Side note make sure you have good access to your garden I had to hire a crane as the are quite big
