I have only orded two free samples but…
I have only orded two free samples for now but the service has been quick, great communication and totally free of charge. Will definitely be ordering a whole wall full and some of the LED lights too.
Nice little touch with 10% off first order, sadly only for 14 days and not sure I will be ordering by then, but will be definitely be ordering!

Excellent quality!
We bought these on the Black Friday sale. Our panels arrived on time and were fitted with ease. We used them in our living room and has given the room a warm accent.
The person that glued the panels to walls said they were the best ones he had worked and would definitely recommend!

Every time I had a question I received all the help I could ask for! Before purchasing I compared a few similar products, these were the best by some way. The end result was perfect, even though we are not experts at diy. We simply planned the work and asked the relevant questions. Amazing staff and service. Well done guys!! Top marks!!

Mixed Experience
I recently made a purchased from the WoodUpp website and would like to share my experience. There are several positives worth mentioning. The website is straightforward and user-friendly, making navigation simple. The purchasing process was also seamless and easy to complete. Additionally, I found the products to be competitively priced, which was a definite advantage.
However, there were some areas that could be improved. My order, though relatively small, was split into two separate deliveries. While the first part arrived within the expected timeframe, the second part was delivered later than anticipated. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication from the company regarding the split delivery or the delay of the second part. This lack of information made it difficult to coordinate with my joiner, who was scheduled to complete the installation but was unable to do so due to the incomplete delivery.
At this stage, I am unable to comment on the quality of the products, as they remain unopened in their boxes. I hope to provide further feedback once installation is complete.

We’re very sorry to hear that your order arrived in two separate deliveries. When the order was dispatched from our warehouse, all items were sent at the same time. However, as this was during the busy Black Friday week, some consignments reached the local delivery depots at different times. While the couriers made every effort to deliver on schedule, unfortunately, delays did occur. For this, we sincerely apologise.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, and your feedback will help us work with our courier partners to improve communication and prevent similar issues in the future. We hope that once your installation is complete, you’ll enjoy the products.

You didn’t send everything required to…
You didn’t send everything required to put up my shelf, so I had to write to you about that and have the bits sent and then a week later, my strip light broke and we had to replace the unit.
The way you dealt with the problems was very efficient so this isn’t a complaint, just wasn’t a great experience.

Absolutely 1st class service. Had a missing part from delivery (delivery companies fault) and 1 email to woodup resulted in a replacement being sent immediately.

Fabulous product.. installation was good, backing material is tough to cut especially around plug sockets but would rather have that than it being flimsy.. looks amazing when installed, loads of ‘wow’ comments when people see it..

Excellent product, easy to install, looks amazing, and the tv bracket makes the tv installation so much easier. I would highly recommend.
