The best company ever. When I started using LearnDash, I felt limited, but WooNinjas add-ons are amazing for improving our students' experience. I'm using "Multi Category", "Student Quiz Builder", and "Focus Mode Pro". I recommend all of them.

I used the multi category plugin for learndash. It is very good and recommended and helped me to structure my questions and quizzes in different ways.

We purchased the auto archive plugin for Woocommerce. We have a large e-commerce site with very many plugins and hit a few bumps when we installed. These were sorted really quickly by the team and they also updated and added features that we suggested. Cannot fault the support given.
Oh and the auto archive plugin is now running and doing its job.

WooNinjas create nifty plugins that increase the functionality of my LMS, LearnDash. They do a lot more than that, but I personally use several of their LearnDash plugins. I've worked with them for the better part of 3 years now and have been blown away by their customer service. They are always quick to answer with a list of ways I can troubleshoot an error. If all fails, they log in to figure it out themselves and communicate throughout the process. Thank you guys so much!

Been running my WooCommerce shop for a while now and always felt the product pages were kinda boring. Like, too basic. Customers ask the same questions again and again, but adding all details in the description just makes a mess. Found this WooCommerce Product Info Tabs plugin from WooNinjas and thought, ok let's try.
Super easy to set up, didn’t have to mess with code or anything. Just added custom tabs for specs, shipping info, and FAQs. Now product pages look way more clean, and customers actually find the info themselves. Also, the quick peek thing is nice, lets people check details without leaving the main page, which I think helps sales.
Had a small problem with my theme messing up the tab styling, looked weird at first. Wrote to support, they answered fast and gave me the fix, super helpful.
If you sell stuff where customers need details (tech, clothes, whatever) this plugin is worth it. Just makes everything feel more pro.

While I’d be lying if I said everything always went smoothly, it’s important to acknowledge that my project is quite large, and despite some issues, the Wooninjas team has always been responsive and eager to help find solutions. There were times when certain issues took longer to fix, but they eventually resolved them.

One standout experience was when I faced an incompatibility issue with one of their plugins. Wooninjas accepted my request to exchange the license for another plugin, with just a small additional fee, since the new one was priced higher. Instead of asking for a refund, I was happy to receive a product that worked well on my site.

Their plugins offer unique functionality that I haven’t found elsewhere. However, I do wish they would stay a step ahead and synchronize their updates better with LearnDash to avoid some bugs. That said, I believe their plugins have great potential, and with continued collaboration between clients and developers, I’m hopeful for the future development of these products.

This company is honestly the worst I've ever encountered. They practically trap you into buying their worthless plugins and refuse to refund in any situation.

The so-called founder, Zee is not an honest man. Please stay away from this company in case you want to keep your money and sanity.
