Process Transformed and Now Effective
Jodi and Victoria completely transformed how we manage leads in Monday.com. They designed a personalized intake form and event-specific lead capture forms, automated our contact and account creation, and migrated our existing data into a clean, scalable system — all while providing clear documentation and staying available to guide us every step of the way.
The time savings have been significant. What used to require hours of manual work now runs automatically, and their notification setup ensures no lead ever falls through the cracks. We can now focus on relationships rather than data entry.
We would absolutely recommend their services to any organization looking to get serious about their CRM. The investment was well worth it.

My team recently had the pleasure of working with Workflow Magic and was very happy with the services they provided us. Our Implementation Consultant Ben Braverman was an amazing partner for us - he was timely, creative, flexible, and extremely knowledgeable about Monday. He was able to help us get everything we wanted built out - plus so much more! He provided suggestions for future projects and workflows. And knowing that our plan would be folding in people outside of our smaller team, he created resources that can be used to on-board those additional people. If our team (or the new users we add) have future projects that need help with implementation in Monday - we'll definitely be asking to partner with Ben again!
Well organized process and strong results in meeting goals
The work moved along efficiently and effectively. Took some work to get on the same page but that was quickly resolved and then everything else fell into place. The weekly check ins were great - it ensured we all stayed on task. Mete listened carefully to our questions and followed up with getting answers.
Solution Experts
I really loved how knowledgeable both Victoria and Nick where. Our needs were out of the ordinary and they worked hard to find solutions for everything. I appreciate the straight forwardness about what we could accomplish so that no time was wasted, they were always very responsive to all of our needs.
We are growing General Contractor that needed the capabilities to perform in a CRM and convert to a Project Management tool with several automations and integrated apps such as Docusign. They took us from unorganized folders on our desktops to high performing pipelines allowing for accountability across the team and detailed eyes on each ongoing project. We are now able to forecast efficiently without guessing. Overall this has been a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Nick and Victoria to lead your project.

What made my experience great was Mete’s ability to really listen and understand how our organization actually operates, and then translate that into a system that works in practice—not just in theory.
The company does very well in taking complex, somewhat messy workflows and turning them into clear, structured processes. They are especially strong at building systems that improve organization, accountability, and internal alignment without overcomplicating things.
Communication was also a standout—responsive, patient, and solution-oriented throughout. At no point did the process feel overwhelming, even as we were making meaningful operational changes.
Overall, they strike a strong balance between technical expertise and practical application, which made the experience both productive and genuinely valuable. As a next step, it could be helpful to include a brief post-implementation check-in to ensure everything continues to run smoothly as teams fully adopt the system.
