Avoid the composites
The composite laminate is a terrible product - it isn’t durable at all - you can chip without even noticing. It is also very difficult to clean because it stains.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your purchase and experience, and we do take feedback seriously. However, we feel it’s important to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.
Compact laminate is a solid and durable material, but like any worktop it can be damaged by impact. The chipping shown appears consistent with something being dropped onto the surface. We sought advice from the manufacturer and shared their guidance, including repair advice. A colour difference within a chip is normal and relates to the material’s layered manufacturing process.
Compact laminate is described as low maintenance, not maintenance-free. Lighter finishes in particular may require suitable cleaning products to remove surface residue, which is standard across many premium worktop materials.
The worktop was supplied and installed in August last year and has been in use for several months. Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace or refund a product due to preference or wear.

Travelled to view worktops to their showroom as stayed on their website
There is NO showroom it’s an empty building with a sign on the window saying showroom closed
Will not be ordering from them as spending thousands of pounds with a business that has nothing to show and a closed building is a recipe for disaster

Trying to add and extra delivery charges
I ordered a worktop and paid standard delivery, the next morning I received a text and email telling me I had to pay an extra 40 pound for the delivery because of my catchment area , I live just outside of bath city , firstly is it normal practice to pay for delivery and then them trying to take more money? Surly that should have been dealt with whilst ordering, in fact I did pay standard delivery charge when I placed the order and gave my address so they know where it was being delivered too so why the extra 40 pound on top ? , disgusting behaviour

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, your order slipped through our automated shipping checks, and because your delivery location falls into a zone with a slightly higher courier rate, the additional £40 charge had to be applied in order to proceed with the delivery. You were given the option to cancel the order, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation can be.
These rare issues do happen from time to time, and we’re actively working to improve our online systems to prevent this from happening in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback and your understanding.
Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. I emailed them twice asking for a quartz worktop quote and they just ignored me.
No way am I buying anything from these guys. If customer service is this poor before I've even handed over my money I'm scared to find out what happens after they have my money.
