Customer service above and beyond to make sure I got my prescription dog food before I ran out. Love the personal touch to make sure things run smoothly (as far as is in their control, some delivery firms are rubbish and I won't be leaving such a glowing review!!)

Reliable, quick, very good service
A well run and very competitively priced company, that also offers a personal touch to all orders.
Have used for dog food orders for a few months now, and they have been quicker with deliveries, and far superior with the quality of their packaging, ensuring orders arrive safely and intact. Communications around delivery times are also very good.
Highly recommended!

Buying specific cat food online.
I only ordered 1 item ( tinned cat food, pack of 24 ), but it arrived within 2 days. Free postage. Also, it was cheaper by nearly £2.00 than another online store I had looked at .This food is generally only available online.
Currently I have enough cat food, but I'm likely to use this shop again. Good service given.

Wonderful small business - support them with your custom!
I always try to spend my money on small, local business and when that's not possible I search for online small businesses. Our go to dog food
I bought the insect protein food for a friend’s dog we are taking care of, and our dogs absolutely love it. World of Pets have provided a great service and clearly are dedicated to providing pet owners alternatives to standard manufactured kibble. Highly recommend the company.
