WOW Camping Avis 

Wow Camping has ceased trading and not delivered the goods that I ordered despite allowing me to order and pay for the goods a week ago.

Go elsewhere! Their website failed to provide payment methods. So emailed them - no reply! Called them, waited for around 10mins and got cut off!!!
It also speaks volumes that they have not claimed their position on here, Trustpilot!

Ordered a Regatta men’s jacket, courier was Yodel, as I tracked it, it arrived at my local delivery depot, then tracker information stated “Returned to sender” with no explanation. I contacted Yodel for an explanation and was told it was a local, internal team decision. I then tried to contact wowcamping, no response to emails, not answering telephone, tried to ring them 4 times, at different times of the day, nothing.
Very poor, non-existent customer service. I have demanded a full refund, still no response.
Small claims court next. Maybe that will wake them up!

Purchased a promotional item on Amazon which is from WOW Camping, the item was initially due to arrive 10 days ago and hasn't shown up. Tracking with Yodel shows that the item is still with Wow Camping and hasn't been picked up by the courier - so I have zero expectation that this will ever arrive. Refund process initiated. Extremely poor customer experience

We ordered a tent and paid for next day delivery, unfortunately there was a mix up with DHL and the delivery was notified as arriving late.

I contacted Wow camping and Kayleigh was fantastic, great communication and customer service she acknowledged the issue and arranged a full refund,

I ordered a NEBO Poppy - 360 Dual Camping Lantern & Flashlight from WOW Camping via Amazon. Order confirmed and then cancelled two days later. The lantern is still showing on Amazon but is now £5 more expensive. Will avoid in the future.

I was given by my dad (minus feet) the Colman event shelter. It was stored in the garage until I had a use for it and then found the feet were missing.
A quick Google search for the feet for the feet brought up Wow Camping, I had never heard of them but I'm glad I stumbled across them, great service, regular updates and an original product at a competitive price. The delivery was faultless, well packaged and arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. All in all a great experience.

Service great, would have been 5 stars but the tent has let the side down, it's a parcel of crap, shipped with a different pump than advertised, none of the stitching has been dressed, loose threads everywhere, one of the window curtain tie-backs came apart in my hand and the material is gossamer thin. There's no way that material has an HH rating of 5000, wouldn't keep a lizards lick out never mind rain.

Ordered a 6 person blowup tent which arrived promptly. However, when I first went to use the tent I noticed some slight damage to some of the stitching and then it leaked during a storm. I contacted WOW Camping and they immediately offered to send me a new tent at no extra cost. What fantastic customer service and I will certainly be using them again for many other camping items.

Ordered an easycamp awning. Service from wow camping was remarkable; they contacted the manufacturer to correct a problem and made sure that I was happy with the outcome. Very pleased and great value.

Hadn’t used them before, but will be using them again , competitively priced, super fast delivery , and well packaged. A pleasant shopping experience.

I bought some camping gear from Wow last year and 8 months on the Campingaz stove started leaking gas. I emailed Wow expecting to have to pay to return it or send it to a repairer and then wait but no! Within a matter of hours Wow replied to say they'd been authorised to send a replacement straight out and it arrived 3 days later. Amazing service from Wow and from Campingaz.

What an awful company. I ordered a packet of dog treats for £9.90 online.it said Smart choice meaty lamb &cod fillets pack of 7. I thought 7 packs. I rang the company and the man who answered was hostile told me he had to make a profit and it was delivered. I can buy a packet at £2.40 locally and he charged £9.90 a packet. Nasty

Placed an order for a camping bed. After several delays with the courier it finally arrived, but only when I told them I wanted to cancel and get a full refund if it didn’t arrive in time.

When I opened it the bed was damaged, I assume from poor handling by the courier. I arranged for it to be returned for a refund but yet again this has been let down by the courier company who failed to turn up to collect.

I will not be ordering from Wow Camping again unless they change their courier!

Ordered a Coleman Cooler on the 13th of November, checked when they would be able to deliver before hand, as had been let down by another company.

They delivered, good communication, would have no a hesitation recommending.
