WOW Camping Avis 

ordered and paid for two containers of Paraffin. Order went through without issue and WOW sent me an e mail confirming delivery date and a receipt for my payment. hours later I receive an e mail from them telling me the item is out of stock, they have cancelled my order and refunded my money... I needed the item for a camping trip and now will not have any heating. Not happy

I have twice ordered items from this company and on both occasions needed to speak to Customer Service where the person I spoke to was helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

The second order I placed was lost by YODEL whose customer service processes were unhelpful. However when I contacted WOW Camping the cost of pstage was immediately refunded and a replacement order dispatched.

On each occasion that I have ordered from them I have been very happy with the quality of the gooods that were sent.

Highly recommend this company and their lovely staff.

I was looking to buy a replacement Thetford toilet cassette. Some places were asking £160 and WOW were selling it for £119.95 with free postage. Of course I’m always a little concerned when it’s the first time using a company. However the process of ordering and the follow up emails re delivery were all great. It arrived today and is exactly what we wanted. First class for price and speed. Thank you.

Used Wowcamping for the first time and I must say that their customer service is second to none. I bought a tent, it arrived very quickly, but unfortunately it had a leak. Wowcamping immediately raised a warranty claim and sent me a replacement. Great website, would recommend!

Super helpful customer service on a few occasions now: good advice, very amenable amending orders and co-ordinating with some temporarily out of stock items. Competitive prices too.

Great timely delivery. Bought a gazebo with a fault on one of the poles once unpacked. Emailed them with photos and they replied within a few hours and I have a replacement pole on the way. Sign of a good company is their customer service so thumbs up from me !

Three times in a row wow camping has failed in this, three times the packages have come up to two days late. Excuses made however nothing has changed. They are ridiculous and no help when asking for explanations

Made an order on 2 items. These were delivered promptly via DHL and packaged really well. Will be ordering again

Order placed Sun evening on a Next Day service. Now end of day Tue and order hasn't arrived. DHL tracking suggests parcel may still be with WOW Camping. No response to email. Tried calling, but gave up after 10 minutes on hold. Collosal waste of time. Going to have to send it all straight back now as won't have it in time for the trip.

I was looking for some camping chairs but the ones I wanted were silly money so I searched the web for them and I came across WOWCAMPING and I could get 2 of the ones I wanted for the same price as one would have cost me direct from the manufacturer, obviously I was a little bit apprehensive as I hadn’t heard of Wowcamping so I read some reviews and decided to take a chance. Anyway they arrived on time and they even came in the manufacturers packaging (how does that work)🤷‍♂️. So on the whole my dealings with wowcamping was excellent and I’m going to buy 2 more now. 😊

I had never heard of this website and after shopping around for a dry robe type coat this website came up. Their prices are the lowest I have seen. We have also looked at tents and other camping equipment that we would be interested in purchasing soon. The ordering process was easy and item was sent out very quick.

I bought a Regatta waterproof coat which I wanted, at a great price. I realised I needed it before the bank holiday weekend and Darren was so helpful in making sure that I received it, and didn’t charge me any extra. Fabulous service, can’t fault Wow Camping at all!! Thank you Darren!
