WOW Camping Avis 

Just received my 2 UV protection umbrellas for attaching to sun chairs. Very good quality good price and very well packaged.
Its my first time ordering from Wow Camping and will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues and will be very happy to order from them myself again. 100% satisfied with purchase experience. Thank you.

So very disappointed. Ordered a gas camping stove which arrived in fairly good time (early lockdown) and when unpackaged it was badly damaged. Called and was advised they would replace and arranged for it to be collected couple of days later... 2 weeks and no collection. Another 3 phone calls and 2 more failed collections later, I was fed up. Eventually after stating I just wanted a refund I got a new stove but the collection of the damaged one still took more than a week. I wouldn’t order anything online again after so long to resolve it all.

The negative reviews based around poor customer service just doesn’t make sense. I changed my mind on a tent I had ordered before it had been dispatched, filled out the request a call back form and Dan called me within a couple of hours, sorted out my request and even gave me a follow up call to advise me the item I’ve ordered had been picked and waiting collection from the courier. Thanks again Dan.

Have now ordered several times from WOW. Customer service has been fantastic. I paid for next day delivery, however despite receiving being despatched by WOW on time DHL delayed it and it was delivered several days late. I contacted WOW to let them know and they immediately arranged a full refund for the delivery charge. I received some items in the Kampa plate range that were clearly already damaged by Kampa when they were packed in box. Again I contacted WOW and they have arranged to replace them. Many thanks to Darren who has sorted out the problems. You may have to wait a day for a response but it has always been there. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

I specifically looked for a company that could deliver a coolbox by Next Day delivery as I needed it for a trip. They didn't even dispatch it until the day it was meant to arrive....and then they didn't book Next Day delivery. They have ignored all emails and calls.

UPDATE: More screw ups and a week later and still ignoring all emails. PLEASE can someone reply to me.

I had planned to buy camping chairs on another well known shopping website but when I finally got round to it they were sold out. I then searched further and came across Wow Camping. I had never heard of it but thanks to positive reviews I decided to put my faith in it. And I am so glad I did. I got the exact chairs I wanted, at a better price, and delivered well within the time frame quoted. A great shopping experience. I would absolutely recommend Wow Camping and will be sure to shop with them again.

I have had an issue with an online order. I payed for my items then the website crashed, so I'm unsure if my order went through, even though PayPal have taken the money. I have emailed them, and had no reply or any correspondence from them now for 3 days. Even though they say they endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.
Why have I not had any correspondence from them.
Won't be ordering from them ever!

We purchased 5 x Kampa chairs and footrests on a Saturday during Covid - they were delivered well packaged on the Tuesday - good price, good communication and nice and quick!! I would purchase from them again.

Brilliant service. Two orders separately as a new customer, delivery was speedy, items are perfect and the service beats other large outdoors companies by miles. Will definitely use again.

Ordered some items, which arrived early. Unfortunately 1 had been damaged, spoke to someone on the phone who replaced offered to replace it there and then. Great service and price.

Returned an item for a refund, recorded delivery shows item was signed for on the 29th of May, still waiting for a refund. E-Mailed, no reply. Phone constantly engaged.

Recently decided on a tent I wanted for me, my girlfriend and our dog to start wild camping. Wow camping was the cheapest price I could find online and it arrived within 4 working days even during this Covid-19 nightmare. Will use again 👍🏻

First time using this website. I was a bit sceptical due to the mixed reviews but my experience was good. Bought a Regatta tent priced at £400 on the official Regatta website for £150 on WOW Camping. Was expecting longer delivery times during lockdown but received my order in less than a week.
A word of advice to WOW Camping, it would be preferable to get an email confirmation when you dispatch the orders as although Hermes emailed me saying they had my package, they did not provide details on who is the sender.

Ordered Outwell tent on 27th April & goods delivered 3 days later!
Excellent service and very happy with my purchase.

We had a nightmare placing the same order with GoOutdoors. Great to see Wow Camping provide such great service during such challenging times.

I ordered ‘easy lighting bbq charcoal’ which arrived in unusable state .... the charcoal had basically degraded into fine dust and would not light. This is clearly very old stock and anyone packing it to ship would have seen this.

Despite sending photos, Wow Camping were simply not interested and offered no explanation - I simply got refund, but no acknowledgement for wasting my time(and food). Just glad I was barbecuing in back garden and not camping in remote place where I would have been relying on it!😳

Very happy with product , communications and delivery - due to the dreaded virus this company are having to diversify and are now mainly selling charcoal as of course no one is camping anywhere but their own back garden - unlike most companies, particularly those selling through Amazon who tripled their prices , this company had the integrity to keep their prices fair. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I ordered a jacket from this company on Dec 24th and this arrived with me on Dec 28th. I must say that i was totally surprised as most items ordered at this time of year can take up to a few weeks to arrive.

The jacket was exactly as described and the price was very good, cheaper than many other outlets.

I will most certainly purchase from WOW Camping again.

bought quite an expensive Outwell roll mat over the summer and used a handful of times. Noticed recently it was not holding the air so got in touch and the after care service was exceptional. Sent back and was offered a full refund without any issues or resistance. They even offered to collect the item. Highly recommend
