I placed an order before reading the trust pilot reviews. I sent numerous emails to their advertised support email address to cancel the order, none of which were acknowledged. It took three and a half weeks before I received notification that the goods had been sent. Just a few days shy of the date I could claim on my credit card. When they arrived they were not as indestructible as advertised. My dog destroyed them within an hour. My advice, buy from elsewhere

Definitely a scam. The toys I bought are not as indestructible as claimed, and they are TINY, especially for the price. And they took about month to get here. I am going to see if I can return. Based on other reviews, though, I think I'll have to eat the money I spent.

So far I haven’t had any correspondence from the company regarding my order and I was also charged for 2 toys when it was supposed to be Buy One Get One Free. I emailed about this and heard nothing ! I resent the email to same address and also sent it to another address I found online, again no response. I’m still waiting for a response and as such they have had my money and I’ve heard nothing since the order was processed. The phone number is useless too !!!

They make me give 1 star but DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They are thieves, plain and simple. I have repeatedly requested information about my order to received a copy of my order confirmation with no working lengths. I figured out by the tracking number on the confirmation which shipping company they supposedly used. A label was printed on February 6, 2026. That’s it. The shipment does not exist. Please do not fall for this company. You will be robbed!

Never received what was ordered after a month. No tracking information and now website is showing as not working/connecting and my NetGear is listing it as a dangerous site.

Appalling! Spent £33 on 2 suppozedly indestructible ducks and they lasted less than 2 mins. Emailed company several times and totally ignored

i wish i had read these reviews before i bought 2 indestructible duck toys which cost £13.50 each and a mystery box for £10.99 which stated there would be £119.99 worth of treat. (this should have raised alarm bells!)
Order arrived eventually (2 weeks) but only after an email chase which i didnt get a reply to.
Ducks turned up and the mystery gift was a small toy worth a fiver if that!
the 1st duck lasted 3 minutes before he had it open and stuffing out. it is soft cotton that isnt going to stand up to anything. straight in bin along with the other 2 things as pointless giving him them as dangerous. an expensive lesson.
do not buy anything from here!

Poor quality. Didn’t last long. My granddaughter’s small dog played with it a lot and it the head came off and stuffing everywhere. Very disappointed.

I cancelled my order immediately when the postage was added. But I’ve sent emails daily cancelling with absolutely no response from them. However to-day I had an email saying my item was in transit even though I cancelled. Still no response from them I have no idea what to do now.

I spent $130 on dog toys that are "Indestructible" & they were destroyed within 5 minutes.
No refund available only order more & we will send them to you

Dangerous and unsafe toy, calming duck.. My dog managed to make a hole a pull out the squeak which was attached and taped to a plastic bag, luckily enough I was there to pull it out of his mouth, this could of easily of lodged in his throat and suffocated him.. Very very bad unsafe and dangerous toy, I definitely recommend not buying this product..

I was scammed and they will not answer emails. I WANT A REFUND !!! MY DOGS DESTROYED THE DUCKS IMMEDIATELY !!! They definitely lied and scammed me !! I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK !!!!!

Delivery time took 3 week plus. Quality of the chew toys was lousy! My lab destroyed them in about 20 minutes. A complete waste of money!

I’d give a zero if I could. Ordered Dec 3, still not here and no response on their end after me calling and emailing multiple times.

I never received my order or any information from the company other than the original email after they took my money . I highly recommend never ordering anything from this company .

If I could give a zero rating I would. Got the toys on in today that I ordered for my dog and it took them all of two minutes to destroy one of them. Very poorly made should’ve read the reviews before I ordered them. Saw them on Facebook. Of course you know ha ha ha if it’s on Facebook, it’s true. Don’t buy it. Don’t even think about buying it, don’t even refer it to anybody to buy it. Piece of junk.

Ordered the comfort ducks (4) early Dec. No response from customer service on non delivery 4 times…. wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering because the complaints are common. Filed a dispute with my credit card. No way to get updated tracking. Just got the package on dec 30, and they are pretty junky. AND they HAVE NO contents label and because of this negative experience I have no confidence now they are safe for the dogs.

Purchased duck for my dog stated it was suitable for tough chewers, gave on Christmas day, and lasted less than 2 minutes. Can not contact company. Cost £34 @wowpetsmart. Huge waste of money and extremely bad quality. Never use this company or you will be throwing away your money.
