Best business decision

Switching to FluentForms, FluentCRM, and FluentSupport has honestly been the best business decision I’ve ever made. WPManageNinja-FluentCommunity

I was mistaken thinking this company and their products would create ease. They nickel and dime you all the way if you let them.

It is better if you go with skool monthly sub where all is included no nickel diming like Fluent Community. Fluent community took much longer to configure than expected attempting to fix course vs offers and their paywall to be setup either with fluentcart or paymattic again nickel dimed buying addons. Their fluent crm of course gate keeping as it is still annual sub so they always have a way to collect from you. The fluentcommunity has no calender like Skool it is not optimal for coaches it is unclear if there existing reviews are true customers. It is not practical for coaches with offers which is necessary to have optimal products added and separate offers areas other than courses. Not every offer is a coarse and they don't get that. The most annoying part is My community is ready and I cannot invite people to it because it doesn't allow mobile registration and if it does allow it, it claims to send registration link via email which over a week now still no link show up. Therefore it is useless to share the community with anyone. Advising them of this they're forcing with many wasted conversations to complete support ticket. What support ticket is necessary if you find that your plugin isnt working for mobile registration which is the most common access point for the majority globally. Fix your broken product. It is not my job to be holding long drawn on support request just to get you to maintain your product or to simply get it to do what it is that you advertise it does.

I cancelled my crm pro in 2025 and fortunately I shutdown access via paypal as the continue to attempt to charge for it which i had not time to use so I attempted to pause.

I made the mistake and not check the reviews before purchasing in 2026 thinking from my 2025 opinion of you as a reputable community was still so.
Do better as karma does exist which from this review you will experience if not yet aware.

You wanted me to take time out to invest in your nonsense. Well here it is.

Disappointing – full of bugs and unreliable

I bought Fluent Forms from WPManageNinja a few months ago, and I’m really disappointed. The plugin is full of bugs. It doesn’t connect to email marketing providers even though all settings are correct. I tested it with four different email marketing services, and only one managed to connect, and even that one caused constant problems.

I’ve lost a lot of time and money because of this. I can’t recommend Fluent Forms or WPManageNinja at all.

I use all products from WPManageNinja in production since many years - from small content sites to E-Commerce and Community. The result is a fast, stable, and fully integrated ecosystem that gives me true data ownership and works reliably.

If an issue ever does arise (very rarely), the team addresses it promptly; feature requests are heard and often implemented quickly.

So the Fluent Suite is the backbone of all my WordPress projects - from email delivery & CRM through support, community, tasks and soon also checkout (FluentCart) and affiliate. Anyone running WordPress professionally should absolutely try WPManageNinja. Clear, unequivocal recommendation.

Until now, Ninja tables are okay.

Until now, Ninja tables are okay, but they have to improve their technologies for the Ninja tables and technical support.

They take so long to reply for support tickets, and it's very disappointing waiting for a long reply.

I hope WP Ninja Table can improve their products and technical support. It would be great if they did that.

FluentSMTP does not work with Zoho

This company claims their product, FluentSMTP, works with Zoho email. Several of us were unable to make it work. The contact form on their webpage did not work either! They make lots of claims about this product's ease of use, but provide no useful instructions on how to configure the product with one of the platforms with which they claim compatibility. This type of company is very annoying as they waste prospective customers' time by messing up the basics, so I would certainly not use them for anything more complicated.

WORST plugin ever // 500 days and NO solution

Initially, everything worked well with this plugin. So we decided to buy lifetime licenses and monetize our tables. We purchased another plugin to exploit this monetization.

And then, for unknown reasons, we started having BUGS.

These bugs are related to the generation of tables in PDF. We tested these tables with Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Edge.

All tables have many bugs on all browsers, and the worst part is that the bugs are different from browser to browser.

We contacted WP Manage Ninja support, and the ticket has been open for 500 days, yes 500 days.

WP Manage Ninja = no support, no solution, and now they are so ashamed that they no longer respond to messages.

Think carefully before buying this plugin, and make up your own mind besides the great communication from WP Manage Ninja, or everything is GREAT.
