WPS Handrails Avis

First class service from friendly and professional staff. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone!!

Great job, great service, quality product slight niggle when holes were drilled on the wrong angle to a corner post but that’s when the great service came in and new post was sent immediately

Great customer service, right through from placing the order, delivered when said and answering queries afterwards.

Excellent service great products easy to work with decking

Excellent to deal with, highly recommended

Very grateful to the team at WPS. Communications and support through the whole process from design to delivery were excellent! For me this is a high recommend.

The quality of the product was excellent. I did by mistake fail to register that end posts only had one set of vertical holes for glass fixing. Easily fixed.
Thanks for prompt delivery and changing the dates to suit me.

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommended

We have built our home through lockdown and used WPS for 3 separate areas - frameless balcony internal, semi frameless external balcony with decking and wired balcony in the garden and delighted with all. There were some minor issues/oversights which we had with most of our suppliers but were were quickly resolved without any fuss - hence the reason to continue to use them. Great firm to deal with.

Excellent product. All metalwork clearly marked on diagrams. Glass delivered separately by a very helpful specialist contractor. Easy to install and looks superb.Finishing touch to our extension steps. Thank you

Very informative company on balustrades, Kate Langford is so helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully will get this done once my tiles put up.
Thanky for everything.

Design was easy, ordering easy, customer service good. However, one panel of glass shattered and delivery was difficult as glass was transported on an open pallet which was too heavy to unload. Delivery to darkest Scotland not the easiest! Had to take each panel off one at a time. Miscalculation in length of hand rail and handrail mounting meant it was too short and had to be modified. Like the Onlevel system.

Really good products, quality is top notch and the kits are pretty easy to assemble. Very pleased with how everything turned out. Would order from WPS again for the next project!

Excellent experience from lplanning to delivery. would highly recommend.

Best price I could find, even the delivery was fair considering the distance

Excellent service and products. Really pleased with the final look.

Very helpful and informative plus lovely people
to deal with over the telephone.

So helpful and with such useful advice and recommendations regarding our recent job and our upcoming ones. Great!
