The rug came folded weirdly rather than…
The rug came folded weirdly rather than rolled. Some corners are bent up. I have it outside on my patio hoping it will straighten out overnight.

Issue with Rug-No Response from Customer Service
I have reached out to customer support twice and have yet to hear back. I received the rug but it is not straight nor does it fit up against the wall flush. I've requested a replacement and would greatly appreciate a response.

Having electronically searched for the right rug at the right price, I received two rugs to brighten a patio. The quality materials and vivid colors were excellent. I was amazed at the softness and density of the rug. Moreover, the prices are enticingly addictive compared to the other competitors. I know!!!

Rugs were delivered in the plastic but…
Rugs were delivered in the plastic but most had holes in plastic and look like they had been rolled in the dirt. One of the main rugs was not delivered making putting the matching rugs down in same room not something I will do if I don’t receive the missing rug.
