Writeyboard Avis 

I love these liquid chalk neon white board markers. I will be buying another batch soon..
So far they are really great. Of course time will tell how long they last, I wish there was some way to refill them.
Nowadays I find that most online businesses are really good, the only issue is not so much the business but the postal system. Postal systems can be very erratic, especially where I live in a regional centre

My order was told to be expected to arrive in 5business days and it took Writeyboard around 5 days to dispatch and the order will arrive by Thursday 21, February. Which in total is 14days from my order date.
This is unacceptable for a business to have to wait 14days for thier order to arrive. I would have bought from Officeworks and would have got it in 1 Day. I understand writey cannot compete with this kind of timeframe but, 14 days is way too much of a cost for a business to spend on to wait for their order to arrive.

I understand the transit between Vic to WA but the part I didn't understand was the time it took to dispatch the goods i.e. 5 days from my order placement date

The package was supposed to be next day delivery and it took a week to arrive, though I have chosen to get express shipping.
The premium white sticky boards (that promise easy removability) did take my parts of the paint off at the time that I was adjusting the white board on my wall. I will have to pay in damages on my rental property.

Fast delivery and excellent product. Very easy to install and the matt white looks fantastic. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a whiteboard solution for their home or office.

My problem is not with the Writeyboard, it's with the Courier.

The product was as described and I can not fault it, however, the delivery company Writeyboard chose to use was appalling.
Fastway couriers sent me a notification that the whiteboard was delivered, when it wasn't. When I contacted them as to the whereabouts of the board I was informed that it was undeliverable, which is untrue.
I think Writeyboard need to look into a different company or face loosing business.

Our product was dispatched nearly 2 weeks ago. It has been lost!! The freight company you engaged then subcontracted it, who has no record of the item. And when you try an call Writeyboard you get an automated voice mail. Oh and this also applies when you use the so called “live chat” you receive a message advising to send an email. Quick to take payment, however very poor in after sales customer service!

What a great product! I looked at few but found the reviews too good to ignore. The whole process makes it so simple to apply and the finish is terrific; thank you.

Quick postage and product went on just as described. Much cheaper option to a new whiteboard!

Customer service appalling. Still haven’t received purchase three weeks after ordering it. A complete joke. Avoid like the plague.
