Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Have not received my wine in over 6 months. Called and have written customer service several times and get same answer, your wine is on the way next month, and than there is no shipment. Go with another club or local wine shop!!!! Do not use WSJ wine club.

I just received the wine yesterday. Tried the cabaret Sauvignon. It was good, but I like my cabs a little more on the dry side. It wasn’t bad at all though.

My orders almost always arrive in 5 business days so delivery service is great & delivery status notifications are plentiful.
Variety is limited though as I continue to see many of the same types / brands reappear frequently I've been a member for many years.
Overall, I enjoy the convenience and pricing but I do look elsewhere to supplement with different wines.

My regular wine person was on vacation…
My regular wine person was on vacation so I left a message for someone else. I did not leave my phone number so I was insure if the request would be successful but it was in a very satisfactory timeframe. Email informed me that it would be received between 11 A.M. and 3 P.M. I received it at about 11:30.
