Wide selection is great
Wide selection is great. The delivery service has greatly improved over the last few months. I don’t know if you have initiated express shipping in a new contract with Fed Express, but my wine seems to be delivered in a more timely manner and not sitting in a Fed Express warehouse over a weekend, sometimes resulting in frozen wine. I came close to canceling my membership because of this issue.

was told delivery would be made on Monday a day I arranged to be home. Then delivery was to be on Tuesday. Again I spent another day home to receive delivery. It arrived after 2pm.

Dealing with this company is not worth the aggrevation
Wall Street Journal Wine was once a service oriented company but has changed the administration so much they are not able to process an order correctly, or correct their mistakes without causing the customer a great deal of time and aggravation trying to get the needed support. There are some things that are just not worth it and dealing with this company is one of them.
