Staff are really friendly and helpful and accommodating. Ordering and designing your own gear is very easy and evedything is explained well on the website but you can contact Wuffable if you’re still stuck and someone will help you. I ordered a premade vest and that was delivered within 2 days. My embroidered personalised vest came within 6 days. The quality and fit on of the vests are perfect. I am honestly so happy with my overall experience and quality of the items I have received. Will definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you so much Wuffable xx

Superb experience! I ordered an upgrade to our tired and old Assistant Dog tabard. I opted for an embroidered full vest. I used the online service and the team created something really great. My Assistance Dog looks really professional and uniform in his new gear. The quality of the vest is exceptional. I also could not have been happier with the attention to detail and the rapid service from the team. Highly recommend. I will utilise Wuffable again.

I got an amazing vest for my assistance dog Asha. It is just what I needed and I already feel so much safer with such a professionally made product.

I have 3 vests from Wuffable now and I have always found them to be absolutely amazing.
They went above and beyond to help me fix my mistake without making me feel like more of a plonker. They explained things super clearly and the vests are just amazing.
I have both printed and embroidered versions. Both are great. The wonderful little freebie info card is an added bonus.
The staff are always polite, patient and understanding.
I also have a wheelchair bag from them that is now my work bag I love it that much.

Incredibly impressed with the team. Super helpful and very quick to reply to emails. My Assistance Dog is a horse-sized labrador so I always have difficulties finding the right size vests, shirts, mats etc. for him.
The YouTube video on the measurements page is great for making sure I'm measuring at the right places and the team were brilliant (and patient!!) at answering all my questions on mat and bandana sizes.

I have had multiple things from Wuffable for my assistance dogs and everything is great. The products have lasted through demanding puppy's who have wanted to use the bandana as a teething aid. They have even made personalised stuff that is spot on.

Ordered a vest, blanket and vested teddy. It arrived in speedy (i was expecting over a week) and the quality is fantastic. Having a large, boisterous goldie that loves to roll and rub against anything he can I needed something that'll last, the quality looks like it'll last a long time.

The vests are used by a charity I train with which get a lot of use so I could see before hand just how well they will last.

I'll definitely be ordering more in the future
