Wuffable Avis 

I ordered a custom in training vest and it’s so well made. It fit perfectly and arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered it - so close to Christmas as well! How amazing! I can’t say enough about how beautifully designed the vest is and how good quality the material is (I got the basic custom vest in the regular material and it’s perfect!) My dog does not like to wear anything like coats etc, but this vest must be so comfortable as well because it doesn’t bother her! I will continue to get all of her assistance dog gear from wuffable!

The staff are so knowledgeable in the world of disability as well as dog assistance. The quality of equipment is exceptional and always looking to develop products. Processing time is minimal given the products. The staff are friendly l, welcoming and really want to make every disabled person's life easier.

I have shopped with wuffable many times and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else the staff are all so lovely and very talented I wish I could use a sewing machine like they do
The attention to detail is always spot on I get an idea in my head about what I want but struggle to put it on paper so I always message giving all the details and it’s like they can see into my mind and with a few clicks a image arrives of the design to confirm it’s exactly what I want
And when they arrive I’m never disappointed

But the thing I love the most is they understand my disability and how it effects my life so always go above and beyond to make things easier for me and my needs but also my dogs needs having a hairless dog she feels the cold so everything she wears is fleece lined which we both appreciate

We have been using Wuffable for two years and we cannot fault their service. They give top level customer service, high quality customised products and are disabled themselves. They are known as *the* gearmaker in the Assistance Dog community - we at Infinity Dogs CIC use them as they already have a proven track record and most ADUK organisations, the ADAA and many individual indie teams use them. They are assistance dog handlers themselves and understand the importance of high quality gear. Customer service has always been top notch and they have been so supportive to handlers having a hard time too. ❤️

I initially ordered a collar, and while the first design and sizing weren’t quite right (entirely my fault), the team took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted and helped bring my idea to life. They advised on colours, talked me through correct sizing, and made sure everything was spot on.

We later had the ability to drive down to Cannock to order a vest and were able to visit in person to have my dog measured properly. The atmosphere was fun, friendly, and welcoming, and it was nice to see the process and meet the people who work there. As I’d travelled quite far, they went above and beyond and had the vest ready for me to collect before they finished work that same afternoon, and made it a priority right as they were to break up for Christmas. There was a store shop that we went through and came away with a lot of matching kit and a few door pull handles to help my dog open doors for me.

The customer service was 5* from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I originally found Wuffable through reviews on the Assistance Dogs UK Charity and Owner Trainers page, and I’m so glad I gave them a try. In the New Year I'll be back for our next vest and grab some more patches.

Ordered a vest a couple weeks ago.
Be careful, this used to be a friendly company but the lady in charge is not. You design a vest but if it goes wrong you are emotionally manipulated into thinking it is your fault, the lady has rsd which she has no problem forcing down your throat. Rather than dealing with it in a healthy way she starts going on tangents saying how upset she is and how hurtful it is that you do not like the vest even if the error is on their part. This is not a healthy way to run a company and is deeply innaporpriate to mention disabilities to customers when a mistake is made to make them feel bad. Any negative feedback is massivly over exagerated on their facebook and only praise the good feedback they refuse to learn from mistakes. Although their vests are good, i no longer feel comfortable ordering from them. I do not like the passive agressive tone in messages over someones disability which is not our fault. I appriciate the difficulty but this has no place in a customer/buisness relationship. Sort the problem with the order stop using rsd as an excuse to pick on customers who disagree leave bad reviews and have problems with their orders. it is deeply uncomfortable to read.
