We're a small, family business with huge ambition of becoming the best and biggest toy shop with loads of cool goodies and accessories for dogs. We don't sell food, just tonnes of leading brand dog toys and goodies.

First order and great service
First order and great service. Toys were received very quickly even though there was a postal strike. Shame the toys were destroyed in less than a day, despite being made by Kong. My search for robust toys continues!

The toy arrived on time, but within 15 mins was damaged by my dog. So unlike all his other Kong toys that have lasted for ages. I reported this to Pets Play Toy Store, but was not offered an alternative or refund!

As a small family business, we work tirelessly to provide the very best range of toys and goodies for pets of all kinds throughout the UK.
We know first-hand that all dogs play differently with toys and we make it super clear on all of our product pages, and in our help section, that we cannot offer any refunds for toys that are destroyed. This is also inline with major high-street stores and brands.
As dog owners ourselves, our Cocker Spaniel chews through any toy in minutes whereas our Charles Spaniel keeps toys for months and months.
We cannot offer any guarantees on any toy we sell as stated and no toy is indestructible.
If a toy is faulty, we will more than happily refund on return, any product without question but we can't offer refunds on any used toys. This is why we didn't offer a refund.
We did however, send a link to our FAQ and help guide to reiterate our policies and we always report feedback to our suppliers.

Toys for Mastiffs
Although the Kong toy was a little smaller than expected it has been received grate fully by my pup. We already had a rope filled elephant and it has lasted almost a year but is starting to lose its skin. Lots of loving wear & tear, these toys are highly recommended by us. He’s a big lad and can destroy most things in minutes. He actually plays with these as the ropes provide a strong texture for him to tug, pull, and throw around. He says thanks too.
