Thanks for taking the time out to leave your review with us - we really appreciate it. We're always trying to stock the very best products so it all helps us to improve our range.

As this is a review on a specific KONG toy, we'd love it if you can move your review to the product page itself on our site as Trustpilot is more about our business and the service we offer :)

Hi Keith,

So sorry you felt you had to rate our company 1 star, however, we do appreciate your feedback.

Scenarios like this our completely out of our control and we’ve already raised this with our couriers.

We’ve had two other customers, out of the hundreds who ordered this product, get in touch with a similar damaged delivery. We sent out another to them immediately and 1st Class in a large box to make sure they didn’t miss out - all free of charge. Where we didn’t have any stock, we issued a full refund.

We can’t see any communication from yourself. If you had let us know, we could have resolved immediately for you and at no fuss whatsoever to make sure your cat didn’t miss out.

We do really appreciate you taking time out to leave us a review, it all helps us get better and better to make sure we can do everything we can to offer the very best toy shop for pets.

Hi Susan,

Thank you for taking the time out to leave us a review and for placing an order with us - we appreciate all the feedback we receive. :)

We wanted to reply just to reassure that we dispatch all orders Monday to Friday and we can see your order was placed on the Monday after our 12pm cut off time for same dispatch - however, your order was still dispatched that same day.

Unfortunately, delays with our couriers can happen which are completely out of our control. Your order was a day past our 2-4 day working day and with that batch, there were 3 other orders slightly delayed also. We’ve taken this up with our couriers.

With regards the toys themselves, we make sure that we stock the very best toys from the very best brands. We try our utmost to put sizes against all of our products and we’re more than happy to answer any questions on any of our products to make sure our customers get the best toys.

We offer full, no-hassle refunds so if you ever feel the toys are not as described, please just pop it back in the post unused and in the original packaging. We’ll do the rest. It’s no problem whatsoever.

As owners of a Cocker Spaniel, we completely understand that some toys are not for certain types of chompers (ours certainly makes easy going of many toys!) so we do try and stock a wide range to suit as many breeds as possible.
