Thank you for the great feedback, David! Indeed our -30F super freezer locks in the flavors and quality of the fish immediately after cutting so that the fish will taste like their straight out of the water!
Fast delivery, good fish, still some bones left
Fish came fast, and was well frozen still when it arrived. I got a white fish bundle with about 5-6 freezer sealed fish. Fish was good as expected but in both the flounder and grey sole there were still a few bones. I was a bit disappointed in that.

Hi Christopher, Thank you for your feedback! Very happy to hear that everything arrived nicely and you enjoyed the fish. I'm sorry to hear about the few bones in the fish. These fillets are generally boneless. Because they are flatfish, they do not have the hard pin bones found in round fish. However, because everything is hand-cut, though very rare, there is always a tiny chance a rogue bone was missed during the filleting process. I'll make sure to let our team know! Really appreciate you for this feedback.

Hi David, thank you for the feedback and a 4-star! Depending on the fish, thickness may vary due to its natural shape. A 7oz fillet might be thick but very narrow, or less thick but wider. Other than the shape difference, both are equally delicious! Most importantly, we always ensure 7 oz or more of fillet is in each package and our team focuses on packing similar shaped fillets together to make cooking multiple at home easy. Thank you again!

Hi John, thank you for your feedback! Very sorry that the vacuum seal came loose. That's usually caused by rough handling during transit! While the fish are safe to eat, the loose bags can cause the the fish to have frost/crystals once it leaves the box and gets into the home freezer.

I became a new customer this year. Wish I had found this company sooner. The quality and taste of the fish is exemplary. I am now hooked on the white fish box. Last month I splurged on the scallops. You could smell the ocean when you opened the bag. The taste was incredible. I will definitely splurge on scallops more often. So impressed with the fresh taste of all the products so far. The prices are reasonable and the items are packed with extreme care. Highly recommend.

Ordered halibut and scallops, both arrived perfectly packed and super fresh. You can really tell the difference compared to grocery store fish. Will definitely order again.
