Avoid at all cost. My test arrived with 7 days too late. Had to stay in isolation because of this. Just a rip off. Of course no refund is possible...because they have "a strict no refund policy" (sic).
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I didn t get any pcr test results,scammers,just pump in up the money,no any future response!

Actionfraud and Bradford Police are investigating as that is where one of the labs cover cells is operating.

UKAS the government regulatory body have confirmed that 1010Labs is not accredited to them and nor are the labs that they use even though they state this on on their web site. 1010LABS IS NOT REGISTERED IN COMPANIES HOUSE...

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or the labs related to them.

This company do not process all the PCR's sent in.
Be warned they send negative results regardless and have scammed thousands of pounds from patients.

I ordered 2 tests which arrived 2 weeks later! Then one result arrived 1 month later and other never arrived which is already 5 weeks! Once I send email for refund they immediately max 3min later send me result!
Looks like their policy protect them from not providing refund.

Result only arrived aftre I complained to them. Does not seem a true result. No refund for 6 weeks delay of course!

Am not comfortable with the profiling of people by asking if they are black Africans etc.

There are repetitive questions on your billing/mailing form.

Bought a test kit Dec-2021 no PLF number was provided after purchasing. Waited 40mins on the phone to obtain this with no response. Emailed them after and they responded within 20mins. Great I thought, and then no test actually arrived! Emailed them multiple times since with no response and no refund. Over a month later and still nothing. Avoid at all costs there are so many better options out there. Pretty much a scam! Buyer Beware

Results took 3 weeks (21 days) to arrive. Upsetting for a Day2 test. Completely useless.
Refuse to refund, they think it's OK to give day2 test result after 3 weeks!

Actually sorry to read all these bad reviews. The service was perfect for me, I ordered the kit a week before coming back to the UK, it arrived in 3 days. Then I took the tests and the result arrived by email within 2 days when I posted it at night, and within a day when I posted it in the morning. It was the cheapest kit I could find and would definitely use them again.

What is the point of this company? I booked my Day 2 PCR test well in advance of returning to the UK. The package took 3 days to show up after I arrived. I did the test and mailed the test kit back asap and my results only just came back TWO WEEKS later. 40 pounds for an inept and useless service. And their website says no refunds for any reason - complete lack of accountability. Really needs to be a govt crackdown on these fake testing companies

I ordered day 2 and 8 tests and they were relatively cheap. I emailed to enquire about my day 2 result beforehand because I planned to take a walk-in test-to-release. They sent my results the night of day 4, and I then booked. Assia helped with retrieving my day 8 results which was great! Happy holidays.

While I received the PCR test I ordered (day 2 PCR), I had to email the company twice after sending it. I got my results 11 days after sending it and they did not answer my request for some kind of refund.
For comparison, my partner who ordered her day 2 PCR test with a different company (and sent it at the same time as I did) received her results after 48h.

Avoid this company at all cost. It's a bloody scam. Placed my Day-2 PCR test order on 26 Dec 2020 and the item hasn't arrived as at today. Email them to request for refund, no response whatsoever. Consumer Affair Department should check this company out and revoke their business license for the good of the public.

Ordered a day 2 PCR kit for 29th December. It never arrived, even after waiting over 3 weeks. Tracking showed the kit was not even dispatched to Royal mail. My emails were ignored and the phone lines had over 60 people in queues for hours.

They state no refunds are given under any circumstances, which is blatantly against consumer law and should be reported to Trading standards.

I had to use my card provider for claiming my money back, as I paid for service that I never received.

Do NOT USE this company for reliability; they are the worst. They kept on asking for a tracking number either, though you send this via a postbox I had to push them to find out whether they had received my test. I didn't get my 2 day result until day 8. I also still don't have my day 8 result and it's now day 22. Customer service is terrible always a 40 minute hold on the phone. Useless company.

Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star in order to write a review. So begrudgingly it gets a star. Quick to take your money but had to email twice to get my results. I did a 2 day test for a fully jabbed person and was hoping to come out of isolation once I got my results. I waited....and waited, sent an email and waited....then had to sent another and low and behold I received my results on the very day the mandatory isolation period was to end. Just look at the other reviews, Don't waste your money with these clowns. GO ELSEWHERE.

Bogus company! They do not test your samples, you never get any results and they have no one manning the phone line. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I recommended 1010 Labs 100%, they offer me a fast and a very good service.

MINUS 1 STAR - An appalling service. Test kit received late on 30 December 2021 (reason given bank holidays), sent back 30 December 2021 and to date 18 Janury 2022 still not results Happy to take you money and in my case send me the test kit. But no results received, emails and phone calls ignored. Basically a SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
