Do not waist your money for this lab. We've came back to UK on Wednesday paid for 24h delivery understanding that test are gonna be delivered on the day of arrival but they were only sent on the day we've arrived. They didn't arrive until Friday. We've done tests straight away and sent them on the same day few min after they were done. It's Tuesday evening today and resoults still didn't arrive. When I was trying to call them on Monday during the day I was on the phone for over 30 min and eventually gave up as I was 17th in the queue at that time and at the beginning of the call I was 25th. I've called them today at 5 am and managed to talk to someone and when I've asked why I've been charger £10 for 24h delivery I've been told they have a note on their website saying that they are busy and it might take longer and the person I've spoken to ended the call while I was still talking. Absolutely horrible customer service and waiting time for the results is a joke. My daughter can't attend school until we have test resoults and I can't go to work either and today is a week since we've came back and no sign of the resoults yet 😡😡

this is SCAM. tried calling and keep getting the same messages. Day 2 test results not received. Day 8 test results negative but no PDF or signed document illustrating this. Cant believe this is on the government approved list with ZERO checks. FURIOUS!!!

This company doesn’t deserve one star, day two test received on day 9. The government isn’t keeping tabs on companies like these, it’s just money making scam.

Day 2 release test arrived on day 4 result day 7 ,my husbands arrived day 5 results day 10 . Total rip off !!!

I paid for my PCR test, the test arrived with some delay, I took it, posted it back and never heard from them again. They haven't replied to any of my messages and they haven't delivered any results either. 15 days and counting... Whatever the lab result is, is of no use by now...

I received the test and the result of the tests very late. My 2 day test resulted in an 8 day test.

Appalling company.
Obviously on the the Covid gravy train with no recourse for poor service.

Ordered "day 2" tests well before they were required: One test arrived a day late - result sent 7 days later
Two tests arrived 2 days late - result sent 5 days later
One test arrived 5 days late - result the same day...????

Absolutely ridiculous, If I could give zero stars, I would!

Every single order £9.99 delivery cost
If you need 4 tests you pay 4 times £9.99 delivery.
They accepted the order of day 2 PCR test for the kids when is not necessary (is not asked in the locator form)
I sent day 2 test but the results was never come back

I come back the 1st I did the test the day after and still waiting for the results. Avoid the company they just want to make money of covid

Do not order from here we sent 2 day tests on 28 th December and never got any results They take your money but do nothing Can’t be all these lost by Royal Mail

Due to the terrible delay Royal Mail got the Covid tests from the supposed special priority Covid boxes after the long holiday break (it is not true these priority boxes exist when there is no standard collection), it took several days for the test to be delivered to the lab, then about 3 days to have the result - probably due to the huge amount of tests the lab received all together….so, have to drive up to London and have an extra test done in a walk-in pharmacy for more than 100£ as day 8, to have the same-day-result, otherwise I would have lost 5 work-days!!!! And we paid anyway 10£ for postal charges per person per each delivery!!!!

Please refrain from using. We used as the cheapest alternative flying back from Spain. 2 day PCR test sent 5 days ago still not back. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in the queue and they cut me off. What can I say - making money from covid 🙄

We arrived back into the country 11 days ago and still don't have 2 day results back. To be honest I am surprised that they sent a message asking for feedback
