The kit arrived very quickly and the test result arrived 2 days later after I sent the test.

The lab sent the kits on time, but the delay was due to the Royal Mail. It coincided with the New Year's holiday. They also work part time on weekends. I requested a tracking number for the shipment and communicated with Royal Mail until it arrived to me. After I sent the samples by mail I tracked the shipment until it arrived, Then, I have sent the shipment number to the laboratory via e-mail. Less than four hours later, I received the test result.

Poor service, from delivery to customer service.

My day 2 test arrived a week after my arrival. They took 3 work days to process the results.

Quite good experience and fast results. I removed one star though because when I opened my PCR kit to take my swab half of the liquid contained in the tube was spiled in the plastic bag which included it, before I even touched it and I was terrified that I will not be provided with a result. Thankfully it was enough left in the tube to be processed.

I found this company quick and reliable. I bought day 2 and day 8 tests and I got my results between 24-36 hours of the test reaching the lab. Now, my test 2 took 5 days to get to the lab, but I don't think I can blame this on 1010Labs. Royal mail was running a reduced service when I posted my test, so that's just something to keep in mind if you need to get tested during the holiday season. Overall, I was happy with the service and would book again.

Posted my result last sat on the 1st and still did not get the results back

Our tests arrived same day we came back from abroad. 2 day results arrived after two days we have posted them even though it was new years weekend. 8 day results again received on Sunday after these being posted on Friday. Great communication. Replied to my email straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Test arrived a day late, but it was over the new year period. Otherwise easy to book and very efficient. Quick results. Disappointed that the test advertised for £29 but at the checkout £9.99 added for postage which I think is a bit excessive.

I arrived on January 2, and the tests for day 2, arrived on the 6th, after many emails sent, one cannot accept one like this ... in addition, I ordered for 3 people, at the same time, at the same address. one of them has not arrived until January 9, 7 days after I arrived

I got my second day test result after 10 days....

Dont reply to emails and toke almost a week to send results

Very slow in providing result (7 days from me sending the sample) and did not reply to either of the two messages I sent via their ‘contact us’ form on their website. Good luck trying to contact them by phone!! Would not use again.

I waiting for results six days, when promised are max three

Unreliable company! You never know when you will get test results. As you see in other reviews, innocent customers had to go through the stress of chasing the results and if you have to quarantine until you get the results, you may end up losing income taking time off work, or even losing your job. What for? Is it worth using the services of a company most people who fell to their deception agree they only got the results after waiting for too long and after chasing them?
I previously used randox and got the results the next day without any stress. How much are you going to save? Be aware that the cheap price which they advertise is deceptive! Wait until you fill up the form to place the order and get to the payment page to see the hidden postage fees!
I made a mistake using their services and had to wait for too long and go thorough the stress of contacting them to get them to do their job, and I thought I should share my experience with you so that you will not fall in the same tap and regret the day you decided to use this company.

Arrived home sat 1 jan , tested sunday 2 jan. posted sun 10.30 at special sun p/u postbox.
My results came back Thursday 6 jan 18.00.
Took many emails to get my wife’s results, they came fri 7 jan 15.10 . This whole situation stinks, these companies are probably run OFF their feet.

Bought a Day 2 test prior to departing and had to wait over a week in isolation at home before it arrived. Service absolutely shoddy. Could not leave the house as test does not arrive on time and customer support unhelpful.
