If I could give their website a 0 I would. My delivery hasn't come since last week. I emailed and received an email in return from Richard saying to wait a little longer and now he has stopped responding altogether. The ecigs are not the best as whilst I was waiting or delivery I purchased the disposables to keep me going. Out of 5 purchased 3 worked 2 were faulty. For the hassle you get the ecigs are not 10/10. They're mediocre. I wish I had read past reviews before I made my purchase. I will be going to the bank to see if I can get my money back somehow. And going back to VIP which you can purchase through electronic tobacconist

I would give this electronic cigarette a zero 0 and under rating. It doesn't not just work upon purchase for £,6 a purchase, it when it does partially work, burns your hand and flickers out. I have complained to the brand. it is clearly cheap for a lack of quality reason but should not be sold due to its temperature I increasing. That's dangerous!

Came off cigarettes with this product, but todays product is not the same - 4 refills now for same cost as 5, almost every other refill pack has at least 1 faulty refill, refills dont last as long and customer service expect you to sennd them your fist bornn before they send replacemennts, and even then they send you the minimum.
I shall be using a new product as this one is no longer fit for purpose, has become expensive and is unreliable (thats being polite)

when i started using these i was well impressed,first they reduced amount in packets (used to be 5) they have gone up considerably in price--and worse still dont last half as long as used to--i cant count how many times ive had the odd one in packet that doesnt even work.. i recommended these to numerous people to help give up but wont be anymore.im looking at trying something else as these are just not worth the money now.today opened a packet--first refill didnt work---and this is happening far too much

I bought a Cirro starter pack from my local Lloyds chemist and the whole contraption was superb.
But as anyone trying to give up smoking using a vape knows, you need extra batteries and replacement tanks.
Without fail, the replacement tanks have leaked into new batteries, fouling them up; spoiling connectivity; ruining the charger... and customer service don’t even bother to reply.
This company entices you with its starter pack, and then sells you substandard replacement goods.
Avoid this group of charlatans like the plague, and try witcheliquids instead.

This is the third time! When buying the cartridges 4 pack and 8 pack, AT LEAST ONE OUT OF EACH PACK HAS NO MENTHOL NICOTINE IN IT. WHAT A RIP OFF, IMAGINE THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE. USING THESE WITH JUST ONE DUD ONE IN THE PACK, THE MONEY THEY MUST BE MAKING? I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER?

Fantastic customer services. Wrong order received, which I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure if this was my fault or not. They responded and arranged correct order to be sent in a very swift, professional and polite manner. Thank you

Terrible,,,,approx one in five does not work and has to be binned. Customer service is awful. Avoid this product there are much better products on the market. One of mine even caught fire as would not turn off and overheated!!! On my way to citizens advice

I placed an order on 29th August and 6 days later am still waiting for delivery. Their RM tracker shows my parcel as having arrived at the Leeds depot. I emailed 10 motives yesterday and have still not heard from them. I am updating this as my product was delivered late, but without requesting any form of compensation 10motives have refunded my P&P

Use a fork to pop the end off! Yes you heard right! The small circle white bit on the end of the cartridge you can pop off and add the liquid into it which costs around £4 and lasts weeks! Don’t over do it when adding the liquid but it tastes near enough exactly the same and saves me a fortune! Was smoking a box a day which is £8 plus my mum smokes a box a day which is £16 a day. Great tip try and give it a go!

10 motives hasn’t replied to anyone’s complaints on trustpilot, says all about the company really. Over priced faulty products.. just bought my third disposable menthol ecig that doesn’t work. Cost me £5.99..
Spend your well earned dosh elsewhere people.. I actually like the taste from the menthol but shopping elsewhere from now on

I used 10motives for years. Then my husband also started using them. Was very happy with the products and the customer service.
When British American Tobacco bought the company everything changed. They changed the pack of 5 to 4.... for the same price.They trumpeted the new pack as a wonderful thing, which it was for them as it represented a 20% price increase!
I gave them one last order whilst I researched other options.
My husband has continued using them but today I have ordered just one pack of 4 for him.....just to use up my loyalty points which will run out in August. He too is going to take his loyalty elsewhere.
The joke is tobacco companies did everthing they could to prevent the success of e-cigs and vaping, including trying to make vaping unacceptable in the eyes of the public. Now they see they failed they are buying up the competition.
Bye bye greedy tobacco companies, and in particular British American Tobacco.

Bought a new battery/pen recently and it doesn't hold its charge anywhere near like the older one I had (lost it). Also the cartridges don't last very long at all now. On top of reducing the cartridges from 5-4 you've lost another customer.

Recieved a faulty vape. They will not refund the full amount. When I ordered the new pen on next day delivery it did not come the next day but 2 days later and they will not refund this amount either. Use VIP vaping. I will never order their faulty items again!!

I have used 10 motives for approx 3 years now and was very happy with the product , however there have been two recent changes which have made me less so.
The ecig refills used to come in a 5 pack costing £7.99. They then launched the NEW 4 pack, still costing £7.99, like we were getting a good deal or something.
My next complaint is that the new ecigs are not holding their charge for as long, making it necessary to have to buy more so that you have a whole days supply., as you can’t always charge them if you’re out and about.
It’s a shame as they have helped me to give up cigarettes, but I guess they have just got greedy!

Perfect example of a business ripping off the public. 5 to 4 refills, price increase and then reduce puffs by at least 50% GREED GREED GREED. ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER!!!

Reduced pack size from 5 to 4 recently with no associated price reduction. I continued to buy them however I don't know if they changed their manufacturer as the refills certainly don't last as long now. Will look for alternatives.

I agree with all the bad reviews on here, couldn't understand why the cartridges are definitely not lasting as long as they used to..now only get 4 in a box not 5 so all in all you are buying a product that is definitely not 25 cigs per cartridge no way - they last a day if that. Due to the 4 cartridges situation and the fact your not quite sure how much you do get from one cartridge - your buying on average a pack every 3 days...Im not a heavy user and these cartridges are not lasting even 5 days - e cig juice lasts a lot longer if you want to go there.
