Ten Motives Avis 

Update: Finally received a reply in regard to my query about wrong goods received on my order. They shipped out the correct goods so all is now good. Better late than never.

This company does not take responsibility for its errors! They sent me the wrong flavour vape liquid - £24.00 order. I called the phone no. on the website and explained this to the person on the other end of the line who instructed me to email them a photo of the order as proof and they would sort it out. I did as requested over two weeks ago and have not even had a reply. I have since emailed 2 further times but still not getting a reply.

Very bad customer service, and poor products, complete waste of time and money ordering anything with this company,

They were great for a while but the batteries don’t last long any more and the refills are not reliable at all. Complete waste of money. Maybe suggest a couple of bottles of wine, box of choccies and a good movie will release you from this waste of money

Used Ten Motives several times over the years. Their original e-cigarettes were the best. The Vype/Vuse pens are useless and a waste of money. Taste and last ok but had 4 or 5 of them now and none of them charge after first go.

Don't order unless you are prepared to wait 2 weeks for a 48 hr delivery! Product is fine when it eventually arrives but takes forever. Customer service is hit and miss too. I raised the issue with them and they were not interested saying they had dispatched it and it was then down to the Royal Mail. They really need to change their delivery company if they want to keep their customers. I've been a customer for years but I won't be ordering again.

I have been using 10 Motives for the last year. I have just emailed them giving blow-by-blow details about my order for 12 Cirro refills, asking why it is taking 12 days. All I got was a template letter from a no-reply email address saying they have delays at a warehouse and effectively saying TOUGH, and that they won't be addressing the issues I raised.
BYEE !

Poor service. This company clearly does not care about their customers.
Once they have your money, there is little redress. They do not respond to emails or any form of communication

I strongly suggest you give this company a very wide birth

Awful product - decline In quality- states last 30 cigarettes- what a load of rubbish , doesn’t even last a day

10 Motives are still selling defective batteries. I opened a new one yesterday and it's already stopped working.

Terrible company to work with. I have ordered a pack of refills online , but they doubled my order and charged twice. It has been over a month now I have been waiting for a refund, even though they confirmed receiving the returned item.
The product itself is bad too, it gives you headaches, sore throat and most importantly doesn't last long. Won't buy again!

Terrible business. They give you 7 days guarantee from date of order. Order arrives 10 days later so no guarantee. Cartridges last around 10 inhales then don’t work. Contact customer services and all they say is out of guarantee. Totally hopeless. Do not buy their products.

Only put the one star as there is no option to put 0 stars. What a waste of money and I don't have much. Not menthol but hurts the throat and doesn't offer anything at all. Don't buy their products. Absolute ripoff

I agree with everyone no taste at all in the menthol cartridges what a rip off avoid at all costs.So it’s like smoking fresh air with no bite at the back of the throat.

Similar experience to the most recent reviews. Menthol taste has completely gone from the last several packs. Very disappointing. Now using Hoxton albeit a bit more expensive. More than happy to return to 10Motives if they are changed back to the original flavour :)

Menthol capsules now taste of nothing. Awful product and have turned my attention elsewhere

I phoned customer service to complain about the awful taste of the Menthol refill cartridges and the fact that I was getting through 3 a day instead of one because they were running out very quickly. I was asked to return them and I would be refunded the full amount that I'd paid for the bundle pack which I'd purchased from their website. 3 weeks later I still haven't had my refund, although they tell me it's been requested. Lost all faith in this company.

Very poor ordering / dispatch service. Hit and miss whether it's ordered, charged for, issued, delivered. Take your money then sit on the delivery for days. Sometimes it's next day, sometimes it 5 days, despite next day delivery. Best look elsewhere for Vuse refills

Menthol cartridges just don’t work anymore. But they’re happy to sell them in every store. Have used these for years and they always go through phases of not working / no idea why I bothered sticking with them. Now they are so bad they don’t work. There also used to be 5 refills in a pack and now they’re 4’s. But obviously the same price - because sure, why not rip the- out of people. I have spent a lot of money on these and it’s been for nothing. I hope others report the issue as I have and others. Stay away from product. Get one that works and is worth the money.

Failed to deliver product. I phoned and they admitted there has been a delay. So I asked to cancel. They refused. When they eventually send, I can refuse the delivery, when they receive back from royal mail, they’ll process a refund. Ridiculous and illegal.

Recently spent £50 to keep stocked up on the menthol cartridges (all out of the 8 packs so I had to buy 6 packs of 4) and have been frustrated and disappointed that every pack has been duds. Even spent another £30 on new ecigarettes because we thought our "old" ones have died. I had no reason to think they wouldn't work or taste like they did before because I have used these ecigs and cartridges since I quit smoking a year ago. Now seeing other people review on here with the same experience, I'm furious I've just wasted £80 for it to not work and not taste like it did before. I've lost trust with using this brand now and I doubt there's a way for me to be refunded for the rubbish I've ended up with.
