We had 2 x 3-panel bi-folds fitted in 2016 and they're still in great shape 10 years later. When we had a question about handles they were really responsive in checking and fixing.

We have had our sliding doors for around seven years now and recently had a problem with the door handle.
Within a day of reporting the fault, Dan had come out, replaced the faulty handle and checked everything was in order. He was courteous, very professional and a credit to the company.

We used the company to install all windows and sliding doors in our brand new house. We had 3-4 months of delay to our windows installation, they got one of the windows wrong 5 times. I am not even exaggerating, they kept on bringing the parts and they kept on not fitting in the hole, hence the multi month delay which costed us thousands of pounds as we had to delay installation of other things in the room (flooring, fitted wardrobes) and had to delay the overall move in date into our house. The skylight windows also started leaking and were fixed by them once which did not solve the issue and now 3 years in we still get the leaks. I really wish we went with a different company.

Excellent service after one of our sliding doors lock mechanism got stuck. Daniel who fixed it was friendly, prompt, polite and did a good job. Highly recommend.

Daniel came and fixed an issue with our doors. He immediately identified the most likely fault, which other engineers had not managed to identify, and returned to fix it once the issue was confirmed. He was very friendly and professional and fixed the issue quickly.

Great service. Were quick to come out to assess our leaking roof lights, despite being 8 years since they were installed. Implemented a quick temporary fix until they could come back to do a permanent fix once it had stopped raining. Went above and beyond at the appointment and always very friendly and courteous.

From start to finish my experience with 1st Folding Sliding Doors has been excellent. The initial meeting to discuss my requirements followed by the installation of large windows and a patio door. Ali was my contact throughout, keeping me up to date and answering questions along the way in a highly professional and friendly manner. Once installed I have had contact with Daniel and Jenny, due to some building issues and a small detail had to be changed. As the handle of the sliding doors lock developed a fault the door would not lock. I contacted them at about 11.30 am and as this is a security issue it was ranked urgent. Aboout 3.45pm today Daniel popped over really nice guy and made the door secure , big relief

Dan and Jenny are the epitome of great customer service. My door lock became stuck meaning I couldn't lock my bifolds and Jenny managed to get someone out the same day to get it into a locked closed position securing my house. Then a super fast turnaround for Dan to come and fit our new lock mechanism two days later. Dan was absolutely super and put my worries at ease immediately. Their after care service is just excellent - highly recommend!

I bought large sliding doors from this company around 18 years ago. In all that time I've had no problems at all until recently when the lock mechanism failed. They were really helpful and once they had checked the parts were in stock came out on a Sunday to fix it.Great products and excellent customer service

My brother and I both had large sliding doors installed in our gables about 2–3 years ago, and we’ve had no issues at all. The quality of the frame, the glass, and especially the locking system is excellent.

Unfortunately, my house was broken into a few weeks ago. Even though they damaged the frame, they still couldn’t get through the door. In the end, they had to break the thick 10mm glass, which took them quite a while as well.

Dan was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the locking mechanism and had things fixed in 20 minutes. Nice and clear about what the problem was, as well as being polite and unobtrusive.

We had a problem with the lock and handle of our bifolding doors that had to be refitted. Jenny from the service team was super helpful and arranged for it to be fixed as soon as possible . Daniel the engineer came to our house and fixed the issue really quickly, and was both really professional and kind. Great service and would recommend the firm!

Had an issue with a gap in our folding doors. 1st Folding came out exteremely quickly and the fitters resolved the problem within 15 minutes. Super speedy and amazing service would highly recommend this company
