Pleased to say that 5 years on, we still love the doors and, importantly, the after care and service is still A1. Friendly, fast and caring.

If everyone cared as much as Dan to be friendly, kind, and deliver a quality service - life would be so much better. Dan and his team always let us know when they will be coming, turn up on time, let us know exactly what they are going to do and always do a good job. Recommend them very much for reliability and service (with a smile!).

We had bifolding doors fitted by 1st Folding Doors 18 years ago and they have been excellent. Recently we had a problem with the closing mechanism and Jenny from the service team could not have been more helpful. She found an engineer same day and Daniel came to resolve the issue. 1st class service and would not hesitate to recommend the firm.

I’m not one to normally write reviews but I’ve been so impressed with the service that I wanted to share my experience. More so because my experience is after sales, 7 years after installation to be precise! The lock on my bifold doors has been playing up and so I emailed the team at the weekend to let them know and ask if they could help. On Monday they were at my home fixing the issue. It is so rare to experience such prompt and personable post sales customer service that showed a level of care I wasn’t expecting. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable bifold door specialist.

What an incredible service. We got in touch with them after our initial glazing company let us down, because they could not source the right height tilt only windows we wanted.

Marcus came round to measure the next day and our bespoke black aluminium windows were installed just a couple of week's later.

Experienced engineer showed up as scheduled and carried out repairs to our 19-year-old folding sliding door – which we have been and are very happy with. He went above and beyond the scope of the job, replacing two hinges and giving our kitchen/garden door a thorough service.

The door was installed in 2006 and has performed better than many I've seen in other homes and offices, resisting even a burglary attempt, owing to laminated exterior glass and solid yet smooth framing.

I had a problem with the key getting jambed on my Bi-Folding doors yesterday.

Daniel from 1st Folding Sliding Doors came to my house this morning to review the problem.

Witinin minutes Daniel had changed the barrel of the lock & gave me a new set of keys, job done.

The whole process from getting the first quote, visiting the show room, the detailed survey and installation was really very good. The process and all people that we dealt were really good, responsive and responsible. Our balcony on the 4th floor with tight winding stairs and our old building bending in all possible direction was handled really well.
It became clear that the staff we dealt with are treated properly by the company and take pride in their work.

They originally fitted my doors 13 years ago and the handle eventually broke. It's no longer a supported part but have supplied me a retrofit replacement which took two minutes to install myself. Very happy with the service after so long!
