When I first contacted them they were clear helpful and understood exactly what I needed. They provided the quote the next day which was very helpful. They arrived on the agreed day and did a professional and fantastic job. They completed the work inside and outside to a very high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

I’m really pleased with my new doors
I’m really pleased with my new doors. 1st glass phoned me the day before to let me know what time they were coming to fit my new doors. The chap that came to install my new doors was called Dave he arrived on time he was very friendly and professional after fitting the doors he showed me how everything worked once the doors were fitted. He tidied up after himself and also took away the old doors and door frames. Very happy with the work and the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. I would of given them a 5 star but I gave them a 4 because my house alarm doesn’t work now that is the only reason for the 4star and even though my alarm isn’t working I would still recommend them.

1st Glass fitted two new doors yesterday and I am not disappointed.The Dyson brothers who fitted them were very pleasant and we had a good chat.They never stopped working to be fair.They cleaned the mess up and left a top job.in fact I am looking at some windows now.

Great Composite Door
Moved into my first home and I desperately wanted a new composite door to make me feel secure! The gentleman at 1stGlass have made it such a easy experience and I am super happy with the end product and has made me feel so much safer in my home, which is priceless! Dave who installed my door, top glass and door frame was very friendly and respectful of my home - even removed the awful old door bell!
Will definitely use 1stGlass again when it comes to replacing my other doors/windows, thank you very much!

Good quality service
We had two lovely guys called Steve and Coby. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and did our full house in the day. They were very tidy. My husband offered to take old window frames to car but they wouldn’t let him. The service has been excellent throughout. Can highly recommend this company.

FABULOUS service
FABULOUS service over all. These guys are doing well so there was a little bit of a lag between ordering and installing, but it was well worth the wait. My door is exactly what I wanted and I had so many choices I was almost dizzy! Every progressed as expected the install was quick and clean and it looks absolutely stunning. Im getting ready for my next door and have already advised a family member to go with 1st Glass

5 windows and a door.
1st Glass are very good at keeping the customer in the loop at each stage of the process. The merchandise they sell is of a great standard and the choices made available for the designs are excellent. My windows and door were fitted by Andy and Chris, they installed the windows and door with great care and enthusiasm. The tidied up as they went and upon completion. They had a friendly but business like approach at appropriate times. They even helped me over and above what they were supposed to do helping me to refit the blinds up to the windows. Overall this was a great experience and very good value for money, I would recommend 1st Glass to anyone.

Highly recommended
The very first visit went well, can’t remember his name but he was friendly, down to earth & had a laugh with him. Not pushy either which we’d not have ordered from him if he had been. I was at work when the fitting took place but my husband was in & said everything went well and quick although he said he lent the lads a brush & shovel which they must have thrown in their van and taken with them lol, I noticed straight away the letterbox on inside was wonky which was quite comical as my son in law called & said “ooh the letterbox is cockeyed,”then my neighbour commented on it too but yhe guys are coming back a week later to sort it, there’s also a couple of teeny tiny chips on window handle but they replacing those. So all in all, it’s a big yes from us & when we can afford we will bee we ringing them to replace our back door & a bedroom window, Highly recommend.
