Over a month late, yet still advertised as 3-day delivery

We ordered curtains for our bedroom from 247 Curtains on 30th August 2026, specifically choosing the 3-day delivery option.

In preparation, we removed our existing blinds, filled the holes, repainted the walls and fitted the new curtain rail ready for the curtains to arrive.

It is now over a month later and we still have no curtains. We have literally had to hang bedsheets over our bedroom windows in the meantime.

We have chased 247 Curtains repeatedly for updates and keep receiving apology emails telling us that it will take a further two weeks. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the exact curtains we ordered are still showing as in stock on their website and are still being advertised with 3-day delivery.

If there is a genuine stock or manufacturing issue, that is one thing, but continuing to advertise a 3-day delivery time for a product that existing customers have already been waiting more than a month for is incredibly disappointing.

We ordered based on the delivery timeframe advertised and prepared the room accordingly. More than five weeks later, we're still sleeping with bedsheets hanging over the windows and have no meaningful indication of when our curtains will actually arrive.
