Awesome place all walks of life enjoying thier own space every ones pleasant after an 8 year break it took some getting back into but feels like I've never been away from the gym thanks to personal trainer Paul for his help and friendliness much appreciated

I recently received an email from 24/7 Fitness that I found incredibly rude, inappropriate, and insulting. The email opens with the line: “Look, we’re not mad. Just… disappointed.” and continues with “You need to be better than your excuses.” This kind of messaging is unnecessarily patronising and guilt-tripping not the kind of motivation I, or many others, appreciate or respond well to. Suggesting that people are simply making “excuses” shows a complete lack of understanding, empathy, or professionalism, especially coming from a business that should be encouraging and inclusive.

My in person experience was no better. I visited this gym only once, having signed up specifically because it advertised a women’s only section something very important to me. However, when I arrived, I discovered that this section did not exist. I approached a staff member to ask about it, and her response was shockingly dismissive. She literally shrugged at me and walked away without saying a word. No explanation, just complete indifference.

Between the misleading advertising, the rude staff, and now this tone-deaf email, I have no intention of returning to 24/7 Fitness. I sincerely hope the company reflects on the kind of language and experience they’re offering their customers and does much better in the future.

The gym is spread out which is good but not enough mats at the Sheffield site. When someone’s boxing there is little room. Also feels quite unclean other than the changing rooms. The machines need hygiene cleaning more often. Music is also boring

Staff were amazing gym equipment is pretty good but it can be too busy sometimes which I know is an annoying complaint and nothing they can do about it but it’s my only complaint.

I paid for my membership on 8th April 2025 and was assured access would be granted. The app confirmed my membership was active, but I have been unable to enter the gym since. It's now 3 days later, and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team, I've received no response or resolution.

Their own Terms & Conditions state that payment may take up to 48 hours to process, but it’s well beyond that timeframe and I’m still locked out. This has disrupted my training and is incredibly frustrating.

I expect better service for the money I’m paying. If you value your time and training, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Great gym easy to activate day pass as I have family in the area but do visit regularly.

Very disappointed. My gym was closed with no notice and despite having paid until April, my emails and contacts have gone unanswered so they have taken three months of money from me without service. Utterly disgusted to be ignored and I would bet they have made a lot of money from those of us who paid annually!

I don't feel the new refurb has done anything apart from hike the prices up. One of the big selling points of this gym in my opinion was the ladies only section. This has now sadly been taken away. The treadmills are still all crammed together close enough to get sweated on by the person next to you. The rowing machines have been taken away now too. I feel it's more of a weights gym now. Kidderminster has enough of them already. Please bring back the ladies only section not everyone is comfortable in a mixed environment.

Best gym in Kidderminster for sure, but after adding some brand new equipment and revamping the place, it’s now on a next level. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Very terrible, I’m 16 but the guy said I don’t look 16 so he suspended my membership, even after I paid for it and I showed him my passport but he wouldn’t believe me and said it was fake

Recently I had so many issues with this gym, first issue they solved. Second issue was my online payment didn’t go through & no one advised me until I chase it up with them. The latest issue at the moment I’m facing is they fined me for parking? This is ridiculous how you fining someone that recently joined your gym & uses the gym. Everyone else who goes to the gym parks in the parking lot, why is it me getting fined no one told me or aware of any parking restrictions in place. Terrible overall service makes me regret leaving my old gym.🥲

Location and parking great but equipment is old and dirty, and the gym itself is very tired, dusty and dirty.
A real shame as could be such a great
gym but just needs a serious deep clean for the new year.

Great local gym, helpful staff. Owner is very welcoming and helps any way possible. Been going for almost a year and always see improvements.

24/7 Fitness in Redditch has set the bar high for what a gym should be! The equipment is in top condition, offering a wide variety of Hammersmith machines and plenty of free weights, catering to all types of workouts.

The gym's cleanliness is impeccable, making every visit a pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

It never feels overcrowded, and that's just how I like it; there is plenty of space to work out without feeling cramped.

I highly recommend 24/7 Fitness in Redditch to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-maintained gym with excellent facilities and a friendly vibe. 💪

I love this gym (Redditch) I had really bad anxiety when first starting out however I feel really comfortable here. Lots of different machines and lots of free weights and various equipment so you’re never stood waiting around for a turn. The staff are also friendly & approachable and are constantly cleaning the equipment! I’ve tried out lots of gym and I will definitely be staying here!

Love all the staff there, very friendly and supportive. Really good gym facilities. I recently moved over to the gym 3/4 months ago and the change in scenery gave me that spark of motivation I needed to really progress with my fitness journey. 24/7 is a second home at this point. Massive shout outs to Cal, Evie and Luke - you’re all amazing. Thank you.

Been Training in gyms across the UK and this is by far the most friendly, easily accessible gym and has the best equipment
