Powersculpt queen!
I’ve been coming for power sculpt with Gabi for years now, she’s the best! I see great results when I invest in a package and come every couple of days obviously, consistency is definitely key with this. And she will take before and afters so you can see the transformation for yourself! Highly recommended for the added boost before a holiday :)

Laser not well done
I had laser on my legs, arms and Hollywood with Gabi ,she was unclear about the weeks that I had to be hyden from the sun ,summer would catch me amid the treatment and I did not want that, she noticed that and disguised that the whole 10 months of laser treatment I COULD NOT be on the sun ,I asked: how many weeks I have to be without sun exposure? Said 4weeks before and 4weeks later,,so I said :so the whole time?she replied:no only 4 weeks,the reality was:0 sun exposure during the laser treatment. so I exposed myself on the sun and got permanent sun spots .
The Hollywood she did it different everytime ,in some parts the laser touched twice only(I paid for 8 sessions ) ,in one session she did not ask me to open the legs ,at the following session she did ask me to open the legs,when I asked why ,she said :she always does it the same way ,why
she would choose me to do it different?.
She had a disgusted face when doing the Hollywood and talked a lot ,losing concentration in her work. The result was that many hair still there,and that was a second time that I had it done,I had left 20% of the hair in a cluster the first time that I had it done ,
what I wanted is to remove it but she did not because she was not focused not did a proper job.
On the legs she reasured that 100% that will all go away ,but did not ,there is left 20% of the hair left on my legs.
On my arms she said she was not sure if they would go away ,they did not go away but I accepted to do it anyway to try so this is not her fault.
For £1000 (plus £900 in RF)spent I expected more consideration ,respect.
That is why I write this review.

You returned 16 times over 10 months and spent £1,900 with us. First, you purchased and completed 8 RF skin tightening treatments. Then, you purchased and completed 8 laser hair removal sessions.
If we were truly as unprofessional, unclean, or incompetent as you claim, this makes absolutely no sense. Your actions spoke clearly: you were satisfied enough with your first course of treatments to invest in a second, completely different treatment package. You trusted us enough to keep coming back, month after month.
Regarding sun exposure: You asked the same question nine separate times, and each time our clinician patiently provided the same correct, industry-standard answer: 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after each session.
You also received written instructions. If confusion persisted after nine explanations plus written guidance, this reflects difficulty understanding the information, not poor communication on our part.
Regarding treatment technique: Your complaints about positioning variations show a misunderstanding of proper laser technique. Different areas require different positioning—this is correct professional practice, not inconsistency.
Our clinician has performed thousands of treatments following the same expert protocol.
Regarding professionalism: The claim that our clinician appeared "disgusted" contradicts the hundreds of positive testimonials we receive and the fact that you returned to her 16 times.
If you truly believed this, why continue booking appointments with her for nearly a year? Why purchase a second treatment package after completing the first?
Regarding results: You acknowledge our clinician honestly told you arm hair results were uncertain, and you "accepted to do it anyway"—this is exemplary ethical practice. No reputable clinic guarantees 100% hair removal, as results depend on individual biology. Achieving 80-95% reduction (industry standard) is considered excellent, and if you had concerns during treatment, you had 8 sessions to raise them.
Regarding hygiene: Professional cleaning is never performed in front of clients—this is standard practice in all medical and aesthetic facilities.
We use medical-grade disinfectants and follow strict UK regulations. Your inability to see cleaning doesn't mean it's not happening to the highest standards.
Regarding qualifications: Doctors and nurses are not required for laser treatments—this is standard across the UK aesthetic industry. Our practitioners have specialized aesthetic training, which is the relevant qualification.
Regarding our facility: We operate a fully equipped, professional aesthetic clinic that meets all UK regulations and standards. Offering multiple services doesn't diminish quality—it's a modern business model.
The bottom line: You invested £1,900, attended 16 appointments over 10 months, completed one full treatment course and then chose to purchase another, received nine patient explanations to the same question, were given honest communication about realistic outcomes, and continued returning again and again.
Your repeated visits and continued loyalty over nearly a year—including purchasing a second treatment package—are the strongest evidence that you were satisfied with our service at the time.
We have performed thousands of successful treatments and maintain the highest standards. We stand behind our team's professionalism and expertise.
