First Class Service!
Monika and her lady assistant visited my elderly Mother very recently, no complaints, delighted! Immediately identified a situation which necessitated urgent further hospital investigation. My Mother very happy with their kind manner and competence, both were lovely ladies., I would have no hesitation in calling upon their service again in the future should the need arise, highly recommended.

Highly recommended.
I cannot rate A1 optician anymore highly. From the very first moment of choosing my frames to the finish when i received my new glasses. The friendliness of the staff and the personal attention i received throughout the process was second to none.
Excellent value for money, i am one very satisfied customer.

This was such an efficient and caring…
This was such an efficient and caring service for my mum. She is house-bound and the thought of ordering dial-a-ride and getting her to an opticians was overwhelming - for her and me as her carer. Two people came - they were brilliant with mum. The consultation was efficient, mum chose her glasses there and then for her new prescription and we were able to pay.
I am going to book my elderly father in law in now! He suffers from heart failure and can't face the thought of going for an eye test but was truly delighted to hear that someone could come to his house. Surely, with increase in Care of the Elderly Services this is the way to go. Thank you.

My housebound elderly mum needed an eyetest as her glasses broke. She was told by her high street optician that her prescription was out of date and that they don't do home visits. I was so glad that I found A1 Optician. Monika was very professional and my mum is very happy with her new spectacles. Thank you.
