Last Monday I traveled from Calicut to Bangalore on A1 Travels in a semi sleeper.it was a very bad experience.ants were biting me throughout the journey, causing severe itching.even now ,my body has marks.Very poor cleanliness and disappoint ing service.

Bus and drivers are ok. But office person spoke to me is very bad. The office person sent the message to me for bus service is canceled. But they told you book from redbus. So, you will ask return money from redbus.

Worst experience ever.
I booked sleeper center seats (7 & 8) for myself and my wife from [boarding location] to Bangalore. What followed was a nightmare.

We boarded at 9:30 PM and were abruptly woken up at 3:30 AM by the cleaner, asking all passengers to shift to another bus. No explanation, no apology, just chaos.

After boarding the second bus, our reserved seats were already occupied. When I raised this with the cleaner, he casually said “anyone can sit anywhere.” Even the driver told us to “adjust” and added “at least you weren’t abandoned.” Shocking and unacceptable.

We were forced to take seats at the back, which were extremely uncomfortable. My wife now suffers from severe back pain due to this ordeal.

No accountability, no respect for bookings, and zero customer care.

If seat numbers don’t matter, why even allow bookings? This was not just poor service, it was complete mismanagement and disregard for passenger comfort.

Avoid A1 Travels at all costs. They ruined our journey and showed no concern for passenger well-being.

I have traveled from karaikal to Coimbatore in A1 non AC bus, in mid of traveling around 2:00AM i called driver number for restroom he didn't pick up, I called several times from several numbers, but he didn't picked up, imagine if it was a emergency for a women safety in bus and I was U6 which was separate seat bed ,I request to note this issue.

I traveled from Pondy to Kochi and bought a 750 ml liquor bottle. According to the rules, we’re allowed to carry at least 2 liters, so it should have been fine. But they didn’t inform us about this earlier. I feel they treated it like a business—collecting liquor from passengers and selling it themselves. If they had at least informed us in advance, we wouldn’t have bought it.

Please guys don't trust this travels one day I have my booked a ticket from kayathar to Pollachi suddenly my grandfather died so I want my refund amount for that I have contacted customer care but they didn't care about our call and they didn't respond to us even if the terms and conditions says to 6 hours of refund ok but they should attend the call First they didn't even attend my phone call worst experience 🤦🤬😠

I would rate this as one of the worst travel experiences of my life. I booked a trip from Madiwala to Koyilandy, and everything went wrong from the very beginning. The bus was scheduled to arrive at Madiwala at 9:30 PM, but it never showed up. I kept calling the driver, but he did not answer. Finally, at 10:20 PM, he picked up and told me they were stuck in heavy traffic and would contact me when they reached. I waited as instructed, but no call ever came.

At 10:40 PM, I happened to meet a friend in Madiwala. When I told him I was waiting for the A1 Travels bus, he informed me that the bus had already left. He had personally dropped off another passenger for the same bus. Shocked, I rushed to the A1 Travels office to clarify the situation. When I explained what had happened and even played them the audio recording of the driver telling me to wait, the staff flatly denied it. They claimed the bus never comes to Madiwala and that I should have gone directly to Kalasipalayam. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and were extremely rude in their response.

I had no choice but to book a Rapido to Kalasipalayam. When I finally reached, the bus was broken down and the AC was not working. Around forty passengers were stranded there for more than two hours without any assistance. Eventually, the bus started moving, but within fifteen minutes the AC failed again. The heat and humidity inside were unbearable. At the Bengaluru Toll Plaza, they shifted us to another bus, but instead of the berth I had paid for, I was only given a seat. They mentioned that I would receive a refund but gave no clear explanation of how or when it would be processed.

To make matters worse, the replacement bus got stuck at Erittikadu for nearly three more hours. I finally reached Koyilandy at 12:00 noon the next day, completely drained. Throughout the entire journey, A1 Travels provided no water, no proper communication, and no basic support.

This company is utterly unprofessional and irresponsible. The drivers misled me, the staff refused to accept their mistakes, and the passengers were left to suffer. I strongly advise everyone to avoid A1 Travels. They ruined my journey and showed zero respect or care for their customers.

Exactly 1.30 hours late. No proper response from the staff. Even SETC reached ontme then why you collect double charges than SETC.

Very bad bus and worst experience. No timing for arriving. No one preferd this A1 travels bus.

While you set many guidelines for passengers, there’s one more important thing to keep in mind. When you take a lot of time unloading luggage, it wastes passengers’ valuable time, but when we ask to stop for a minute or two for a toilet break, your staff refuse or hesitate. Don’t you value the passengers’ time? I request everyone reading this to share this issue as much as possible. Try to avoid traveling with A1 Travels if possible.

In all my years of traveling, my worst experience has been with A1 Travels. The driver and assistant were not at all friendly to the passengers and didn’t allow us time for toilet breaks. When someone requested to stop for this, the response was very rude, which was unacceptable.

This bad experience happened to me on 26/07/2025 on the PY01CW5599 bus from Cuddalore to Mysore.
