Paid nearly $80 for an extra umbrella canopy and couldn’t return or exchange it when it didn’t fit. There’s no customer disclosure. Very disappointed in their policies and lack of customer & patron transparency

I just received two patio umbrella replacements I had ordered, and I must send them both back because both were 9 ft. wide versus the 7 1/2 ft. ones I paid for. Plus, they are both orange when I ordered one orange and one aqua blue. I’m disappointed.

Always got back to me within 24 hours. Ordered a new patio umbrella and got it in a couple days.

Had to make a return and I received excellent communication and service from Abba and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

We first purchased Abba Patio's 10'x20' car canopy on May 22, 2019 to cover a car on a property we were remodeling to eventually live in. The canopy was easy to set up. We lived out of state at the time. When we arrived back at the house 6 months later, the entire canopy was taken by the wind and scattered down the hill. We had placed the canopy in a location that we "thought" was safe from wind, yet WE were in error. We collected the bent frame and canopy (which was intact). I contacted Abba Patio and they replaced the 17 bent frame pieces. We set up the canopy in a better location and it has served us with No Issues for 7 years! This winter we got heavy, wet snow. It collected on the canopy and shredded it. We were not home at the time and could not monitor the snow collection, so again the error lies with us. I checked Abba Patio's website where it showed our particular model canopy replacement was out of stock. I spent a bit of time on Amazon looking for replacements. It was hairy - I was not confident that any of the options would fit or be of the same quality. I emailed Abba Patio and I received a response the next day. They had a replacement canopy and shipped it after they verified my purchase. I was shocked and so pleased with the experience. It is truly rare to receive kind, concise and prompt customer service such as I received from Abba Patio. They are a stellar company in many ways. I recommend checking them out BEFORE purchasing anything on Amazon. Thank you Jay, for your assistance. We are grateful!

Divinica was the best at helping me replace our old umbrella. It was delivered in 3 days. She followed up with me to make sure I got it. Excellent customer service.

Adriana offered me great customer service I just wish that you guys could have replaced the top of my umbrella she said I needed a receipt and I advised her it was a gift other than that you guys offered me a discount for another umbrella and I was pleased with that thank you.
