All the staff were extremely helpful throughout the process, we were taken through a smooth process step by step and every information needed was provided to make sure we met the date set for exchange.
Excellent Service and Smooth Home Buying Experience
We recently purchased our new home from Abbey New Homes and have had a very positive experience throughout the process.
Both Ben and David have been extremely helpful, professional, and supportive from start to finish. They were always available to answer our questions and made the whole journey much smoother and less stressful.

Abbey New homes new builds
Since registering intrest in the property both sales team and on site building team has been very helpful in helping me settle into the property.
Any issues that has occurred as its a new build has been fixed immediately and to a very high standard. I want to personally thank Simon the assistant site manager for helping me with any issues that has occurred and he himself has taken the time to help fix these issues

Great build quality and exceptional service at Orchard Gardens
We recently completed on our new build home from Abbey New Homes, and wanted to share how positive our experience at Orchard Gardens has been.
The build standard of our home is very high. We even brought in a professional snagger/surveyor, and the only snags we identified were very minor.
A special thank you goes to Cathy, the estate agent for the development. She has been consistently friendly, approachable, and incredibly responsive. No question or request ever felt like too much trouble - she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and kept everything running smoothly.
We would also like to highlight Dean, the site manager, who has been absolutely brilliant. He has been proactive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is right. Any snags were sorted quickly and without fuss, and he has always been available to answer questions. Thank you, Dean!
We have received excellent service, we are very happy with both the quality of our new home and the support from the team. We would not hesitate to recommend Abbey New Homes.

Following the purchase of my property 2…
Following the purchase of my property 2 years ago, initially it was not made clear to me who should be dealing with my snagging list. Eventually I was put in contact with the correct representative at Abbey New Homes and despite a large number of snags that needed rectifying in my new home, Abbey New Homes customer care were always helpful and efficient in assisting with the completion of my snag list.

We purchased a new bungalow from Abbey homes for my mum and dad who both have disabilities. Ben sears the site manger and the team have been fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble.
They have managed any issues that have arisen in a timely way and have gone out of their way to make sure mum and dad have been well cared for, in making their new home perfect. Ben always responds quickly and checks in after any works to make sure all is good. Mum and dad love their new home, and the service on site has given them peace of mind.

We have recently moved onto the Kings…
We have recently moved onto the Kings Green development and have started to settle in quite nicely. You forget how stressful and cumbersome moving can be , especially when you close that door for the first time and realise how much more there’s still to do! However, this has been seamless transition so far, mainly because of the builders on site who can’t do enough for you. The after sales service has been second to none and gives you confidence in what you have bought - a quality home from a quality developer, who pride themselves on delivering what you see in the showroom. A special thanks to Matthew,Ed and the team onsite for assisting us since the handover, they are a true credit to the business. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the development take shape.

We moved in last month and the care and service from Site Manager Ben has been exceptional. He’s really looked after us and always ensuring work is completed to a high standard. The communication has been very good, always keeping us updated. After a very frustrating experience and process with the sales team, the after care has really turned things around for us.

Fantastic Experience
The whole experience has been great. We had been looking for a new house for ages and couldn’t find one we liked. We had looked at other new build houses but once we took a walk around ‘The Maxwell’ we knew instantly was the house for us.
The help from Lucy and Natasha from the sales team made the purchase so straightforward from reserving the property and answering any question we had. Dave the Assistant Site Manager has already proven to be so helpful and a couple of issues we spotted when we had the home demo were sorted straight away.
Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking about buying a new build.

Professionalism at its best
We purchased a new property in Sholden Kent approx 15 months ago. From the day of viewing to the actual purchase and the moving in, the individuals involved were extremely professional and a credit to the company. The quality of the property is excellent.
I recently needed to speak with the after sales dept to request some information not regarding the actual property. I am a man of mature years and have dealt with many companies over the years and from experience did not expect the service I received. I emailed the department and within 24 hours my request was dealt with in an extremely professional manner. I cannot recommend this company any higher.
I thank sincerely all those members of staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with
