Speed of service is great. My representative was patient and answered all my questions. You are placing your order with people who care.
The only area of improvement needed is calling for refills. It's my fault that my usage changed, I still received calls for refill 2-3 days back to back. Not sure on my end how to improve, but that is the only area that was less than flawless. Thank you.

Fast shipping on my medical supplies. The only criticism that I have is that the outer box was a bit flimsy. It could have broken in transit. And some of the catheters were loose on top and not boxed or bagged.
