Be very careful when returning items to this company. They promise refunds within a certain timeframe, but in my experience, those promises are not honored. My return was delivered a month ago, and I still have not received my refund or any clear update.
If you buy from them, make sure to closely track your return and follow up consistently. Don’t assume the process will happen as stated — you may need to push to get your money back.

I sent an email to sales inquiries on Saturday 3/28 and received a reply within a few hours with an apology for the delay and I received a replacement shipment two days later. It's customer service like this that keeps me coming back to Healthy Kin
