(I use a third party e-mail program and that folder is not monitored/forwarde.) I know that's not your issue, but thought you might want to know.

They were patient. They did all they could do to help. The mail system made it difficult. They didn’t deliver the signed paperwork back to them in a timely manner. We were able to get it done electronically. The deliveries have been spot on. They did a great job. The reps are very helpful. Good company to deal with.
