The employee that spoke with me on the phone was very attentive and made sure that I had a supply of my order as soon as possible to ensure that I didn’t go without. He made sure that my order was expedited because I was within 10
days of being without supplies due to an insurance and Doctors office issue. I was very relieved after I spoke with him and he assured me that the order would be on time. It actually shipped in early. The delivery was wonderful. It one negative part of the experience.
