Completely satisfied
Aberdeen Sewing Machines gets 5* from me. In the midst of a large project, my overlocking machine stopped working. It was handed in one day and repaired and ready for collection the following morning. Back in action, the machine is working like a dream, so my project can advance.

Lost key
I lost the key to my Horn cabinet I asked Stephen at Aberdeen Sewing Machines if he could get me a replacement. I had had my cabinet for a long time and knew it was outdated but Stephen found me a replacement that worked and gave me access to a machine and threads that the cabinet held.
