My experience with Abhinav Immigration Services has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

I paid a significant amount based on the promises and confidence they showed during the initial consultation. However, once the payment was made, the entire approach changed. There was a clear lack of professionalism, delayed responses, and almost no proactive updates on my case.

Despite repeated follow-ups through emails and calls, I was left chasing them for basic information. The guidance provided was either unclear or not helpful, which made the whole process confusing and frustrating.

The biggest concern is their approach towards refunds and accountability. When expectations were not met, instead of providing a fair resolution, the process became difficult and one-sided. It feels like the focus is more on onboarding clients rather than genuinely supporting them throughout the journey.

Overall, this has been a mentally exhausting and financially disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious, ask detailed questions about refund policies, and not rely solely on initial commitments. Also guys even if they promise for refund be cautious, they mold things in agreement and play with your hard earned money refering the agrrement. We all know nobody actually go through with that long agreement deatils. As an individual we trap in their sales pitch.

Asmita and Team Abhinav were an excellent team to work with. I applied for a Visitor Subclass 600 Australian visa. The entire process was organised and systematic. My travel history and previous visas were thoroughly understood. The visa was applied within the time frame suggested by the team and I was happy there were no significant delays. I had experience with Purna, Madhuri and Arun who were taking care of my case but they don’t even pick your call once you transfer the money they are after.

I had applied for Canadian tourist visa on 6/8/25 . Last time my visa was rejected . Mr Ajit was in charge in handling my case . He was very patient , cooperative , and practical in my case . He made sure that this time my visa application would go through . He was perfect and I got my passport submission letter on 7/10/25 .

We have applied for Canada tourist visa through Abhinav in the month of May 2025. Ajit was appointed from their side to take care of our visa process. The way he helped us and made us aware of all the documentation work was really commendable. Only because of him we were able to get 10 years multiple entry visa. I really want to thank Abhinav and Ajit for getting the same done for us.

Same old story. Asked for full payment before doing any work for my niece.
Then put wrong DOB in so called email contract and claims it to be a contract.
Asked for refund which was ignored.
Kept asking for same document buying time so that it is over one year, then said your contract was for one year so you have to pay again.
Note that they took money for both Australia and Canada. Did not tell that there will be two resource working on this. We gave document multiple times but they are dumb and deaf to requests.
We tried to organise calls with them and ask for the refund, we also agreed for them to keep the amount in contract if we want to pull our application but NO. They are stubborn. Only option is to go legally chase them.
