This organization has people who can provide false information for enrolling to the programs and then once the payment is done will come up rules and regulations. Then after no one will even pick your calls or even respond to emails. I have such screen shots of whatpsapp and Email conversations. Still don't know whom to approach. such a disgusting organization and disgusting people.

This response is generic and does not address any of the actual concerns I have raised.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received:
• The exact refundable amount
• A clear breakdown of payment utilization
• A defined refund timeline
Instead, what I have consistently experienced is diversion of the case by your client relationship officers — shifting the conversation towards alternative services, partial benefits, or irrelevant policy points rather than addressing the core issue of refund.
Even now, phrases like “amicable resolution” are being used without providing any actual resolution in writing, which is misleading.
My decision to withdraw is due to misrepresentation of eligibility and improper guidance at the initial stage, which caused loss of time, money, and significant mental stress. Despite having clear proofs, there has been no accountability so far.
If customer satisfaction is genuinely your priority, I expect a transparent and concrete response with exact figures and timelines, not generic statements or diversion tactics.
Failing this, I will proceed with escalation to the appropriate authorities for misrepresentation and unethical advisory practices.
I am still open to resolving this matter amicably, provided there is genuine accountability and clarity.

Extremely bad experience with Y-Axis. Initially they attract clients with promises, but later the reality is completely different. Important details are not disclosed upfront, and once you are stuck, misinformation and lack of support follow. My interaction with staff member Deepika was particularly disappointing. Due to this, I faced a significant loss and was left with no proper solution. I strongly advise others to be very careful and not fall into this trap. Highly not recommended.

I am writing this comments to formally raise a serious complaint regarding **Y-Axis Immigration Consultancy**, located at Al Mousa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
I would like to caution prospective clients to exercise extreme care before engaging in any financial agreement with this agency.
My personal experience with their sales representative, Mr. Shaleem, has been highly disappointing and financially distressing. I was assured verbally that the immigration process to Germany would take approximately three months and that the only financial requirement on my side was to maintain a minimum balance of EUR 17,000 in my bank account. Based on these representations, I agreed to proceed, signed the contract, submitted all requested documents, and paid the full amount of AED 7,350, in addition to other hidden charges.
Two weeks after signing the contract and making full payment, I was informed of an additional requirement — obtaining a German language certification — which was never disclosed to me before signing. I had specifically asked about all requirements multiple times prior to payment, and I have witnesses who can confirm this.
Furthermore, from September 2025 until today (13 February 2026), the only service provided has been minor adjustments to my CV and LinkedIn profile. This means nearly five months have passed with no tangible immigration progress. The timeline promised at the beginning has not been honored.
I also noticed the following concerning practices:
1. Verbal promises made during the sales process are not accurately reflected in the written contract.
2. Additional fees and requirements are introduced after full payment.
3. Clients are pressured to pay for language courses through the agency, which may be registered outside the UAE, causing scheduling difficulties.
4. Refund procedures appear unclear and extremely difficult to obtain.
5. Once concerns are raised, clients are transferred to the legal department instead of being provided with practical solutions.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering immigration services through Y-Axis to:
* Carefully review all contract terms before signing.
* Ensure every verbal promise is documented in writing.
* Avoid paying the full amount upfront.
* Independently arrange language certification through accredited institutions within the UAE.
* Conduct thorough research and read customer reviews before proceeding.
I am still currently attempting to resolve this matter and have escalated the issue further due to the lack of satisfactory resolution.
This email is written to formally document my complaint and to protect other potential clients from experiencing similar issues.

I strongly advise against trusting Y-Axis. They charged AED 3,500 for job placement in digital marketing, but over the past three months, I have not received a single interview call. The results have been zero, time wasted and commitments not fulfilled. They have also refused to provide a refund.
So never take service from Y-Axis.

This company has completely misled him and engaged in unethical practices. They charged him nearly ₹1 lakh and even made him spend an additional 500 AUD unnecessarily, without providing the promised service or any real value.
Despite several follow-ups and a detailed discussion with their team, Y-Axis failed to take responsibility for their actions. My husband clearly informed them that he would not be continuing with their services and requested a refund along with compensation for the financial and time losses he has suffered. However, their public response completely misrepresented the facts — twisting his statements to make it appear otherwise. This is highly unfair and misleading.
Adding to the disappointment, Y-Axis even removed his genuine review from Google Maps — which seems like a deliberate attempt to suppress honest customer feedback. Such deceptive communication and lack of transparency are unacceptable from a company claiming to be a trusted immigration consultant.
As a family, we are deeply disappointed with Y-Axis’s conduct and lack of professionalism. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and not fall for their misleading promises or sales tactics.

Extremely disspointed experience !
I initially paid AED 7,500 for the Canada PR process, but after a long delay and no progress, I was advised by a Y-Axis employee to switch to their Canada Job Search service instead.
I trusted their suggestion, hoping it would bring faster results. But the job search service was extremely disappointing. It mainly involved sending my CV to random job in indeed something I could do myself for free.
I wasn’t clearly informed that the service lasts only 12 weeks. I genuinely believed the support would continue until I got a job. And even those 12 weeks weren’t fulfilled properly in December, the consultant said applications were paused for the holidays,and after that, I received no communication or updates.
The only interview I got was from a company that said they hire only people already inside Canada,which means YAxis didn’t even check basic job requirements before applying.
Now, they’re refusing any refund or service transfer, even though they did not deliver what was promised.
I feel scammed and very disappointed.I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I recently had a terrible experience with Y-Axis regarding their services for the Canada PR program, specifically the pilot program in the healthcare sector. Initially, Anuja Soodamani assured me that I was eligible for the Canada PR pilot program with only 4.5 bands in IELTS General and urged me to make the payment as soon as possible. Aakash Yash Charles also confirmed my eligibility before the payment on May 31, 2024. However, after the payment, the company shifted their focus to the express entry program, which requires 6 bands in IELTS, something that was not discussed beforehand.
Despite achieving 5 bands in my IELTS results sent on November 8, 2024, there was no progress or action taken on the promised pilot program. Mr. Shashank Dash kept suggesting that he was working on something, but I never saw any results from his efforts. I requested a refund on May 22, 2024, and was assured by Anuja that the process had been initiated, but to date, I have not received my £1300 back.
Now, all three individuals have stopped responding to my requests for a refund. Aakash is even denying the information he provided, despite my having all the recorded calls and emails that clearly show he gave me false information. This experience has been a clear breach of contract and a waste of both time and money. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver the promised services is unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering Y-Axis to look elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations and financial loss. If anybody wants to see proof, please contact me; I am happy to provide it. You can reply me and give your number I will share all evidence.

Title: Disappointing Experience – Misleading Promises and No Support
I had a very disappointing experience with Y-Axis. I enrolled in their 3-month job search service while living in the Netherlands. From the beginning, I clearly told them that not knowing Dutch is a major barrier here. They confidently assured me that they'd apply only to jobs that don’t require Dutch, and even said they had recruiter contacts and would market my resume directly. Sadly, none of that happened.
Here’s what really happened:
90% of the jobs they applied to required Dutch. It was clear they didn’t even read the job descriptions—they were just applying randomly without any strategy or understanding of the local market.
I never received a single call from any recruiter during the entire service period.
When I raised these concerns, I was completely ignored. Mr. Victor, who was my point of contact, stopped responding to my messages and calls. Even when I sent multiple emails, they claimed they “didn’t receive any.”
Their promises turned out to be completely false, and the service was a waste of money and time. I’m writing this review to warn others: don’t fall for their big words and marketing talk. There was zero accountability and no real help provided.
