Whow!!

I phoned to check availability of a walker trolley on Friday morning the very helpful lady said she would check with the warehouse and call me back in 5 mins and she was as good as her word( that does not happen very often these days) Yes it was.
Ordered on line on Saturday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. That is service and the result one very happy elderly father who can now continue what he has done for nearly 60 years of being married take his wife a cup of tea in bed in the morning!!!!
That is really looking after the customer. THANK YOU

Neck pillow that allows you to sleep in the chair:)

Bought the neck pillow for a relative who sometimes sleeps badly during the night. During the day, if she feels sleepy, she places the neck pillow behind her head / around her neck whilst sat in her recliner. This allows her to sleep soundly without her head lolling forward to stop sleep. Great for adults, good quality filling and looks like it will last for ages. Recommended:)

What great service and superfast delivery. I needed this item really quickly and the girl on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. I ordered it online at 2pm and it arrived the next morniing. Fantastic. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great choice of products, very poor delivery service!

I was perfectly happy with everything I ordered from you, and had email notification of despatch on 29th November; however the goods did not arrive , although there was an abortive attempt at delivery on Dec 6th, one week after despatch. The parcel was not left at my home - due I can only assume to Parcel Force choosing to ignore the instruction I'd given with the order, which was clearly displayed below the address label: " If out please leave in back porch and shut door". Instead I got a card through the door 'we tried to deliver. you were out............. will try and deliver next working day.' etc.
The goods finally were left in my back porch today ( 9th December) according to the original instructions; the box was badly damaged and no longer completely sealed, although the contents were fine, thankfully
I suggest you might consider changing to a delivery service that allows parcel tracking and follows delivery instructions properly!

Thanks for the review. We use a variety of different parcel carriers and usually Parcelforce are one of the better ones. We will escalate your feedback to our Parcelforce account manager. Slow ability

My experience with Ability superstore was the product ordered was very slow to be posted out and I did contact them to ask when this product was going to be sent, reply was prompt and item was then sent out the next day and arrived a few days after that.

Probably wouldn't use them again as there are so many other companies offering the same products and I would use someone else to see if delivery would be better with someone else.

Product was fine when arrived. But if you want something quickly I wouldn't order from them.

Thanks for the feedback. The majority of our items are despatched within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately we had sold of the item you ordered and we were waiting for our new stock to arrive which added a couple of extra days to our usual delivery speed. We are currently increasing our stock levels so this should not happen with future orders.

Quality item, easy ordering, quick delivery.

The wedge we ordered was hard to find until we discovered this website. The result was that we obtained the best item we could find which does the job which is more than could be said about it's predecessor which has been consigned to the bin!

Perfect in every way

Fantastic service - you don't often get it these days! Great, helpful staff on the phone and the item was delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. Good quality and the right price too. I will certainly be shopping here again!

Slow delivery

Nothing wrong with the product but if you want it quickly, try somewhere else. 10 days from order to delivery in this day and age is unacceptable. However if you are not in a rush, this pillow seems to be quite good.

Thanks for the feedback. Your order was despatched within 24 hours of the order, however it appears that our courier company, Hermes, was extremely slow in delivering the order. We have escalated this to our Hermes account manager and will monitor the Hermes delivery service very closely over the coming weeks. Thanks for drawing it to our attention.

Average service

It seems no matter where you shop these days companies are asking you if they have given you good service.. You would think that they would know this already. One can't just buy something without been asked if service can be improved

Thanks for the feedback. We are keen to monitor our customer service level, but do not want to annoy customers by asking for feedback. So we are currently reviewing our use of the Trust Pilot review service. In fact we have now discontinued using Trustpilot as we believe that customers are not happy with repeatedly being asked to review orders, as you have correctly pointed out.

Good to use again

Had trouble with first pair of Battery heated Gloves and they
were very quick and helpful to exchange them for another pair.
Very nice lady on phone who was kind and friendly, which made
everything go smoothly.

A nice addition to our table furniture

My mum has brought this piece of furniture for my dad who has Huntington's disease and at the minute he only has a normal chair for their dinning room furniture and needs a more solid and stable but firm chair and this is the one its great thank you

Excellent customer service and great communication

First, part of my order was not available, and I had an informative email apologising for this, which was clearly written by a person not an automated system.

Second, when my order arrived, it wasn't what I thought it was (partly my fault, partly a result of a confusing website display). The problem was resolved speedily, politely and with excellent communications, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will definitely use them again in the future.
