We seam to have a problem trying to connect the pad. 3 out of the 4 winderers just won't tighten up we have tried

This excellent chair was delivered to my husband's care home, ready assembled. He has advanced Alzheimer's.
He really likes it, and because he can partially recline, his posture is so much better, enabling him to breathe better and look up.
The staff finds it far more convenient to move him around, as it has wheels.

I ordered a kettle for my mother, as she has recently come out of hospital. Unable to hold things this kettle is worth it's weight in gold. Absolutely brilliant find. It was easy to ordered and only took a couple of days to be delivered.

Arrived on time. Lovely, stylish and stable walking stick, feel safe when using it, which has not always been the case with past purchases elsewhere. Comfortable to use and easy to adjust the height. Will be purchasing another for the right hand side in the coming weeks.

I got the cup for my dad and he loves it.i got him the 2 handled ceramic cup because he loves ceramic cup rather than the plastic .

Very good service and arrived on time

Absolute disgrace. I ordered from website after making 2 phone calls to check I was ordering the correct items (tyre & inner tube), order went through and I received confirmation email. A week later I received an email telling me the items I had ordered were out of stock but would be shipped as soon as they came into stock. I phoned again to check on delivery date and was told that the tyre could take another 2-3 weeks to come into stock ! When I asked why the website had let me order out of stock items lady said she was sorry that should not happen, but sometimes did ! I asked for a refund & was told they would sort it today or tomorrow, I asked for it to be today so I could order from somewhere else & was told they would try.
Not very impressed with this company.

Bought this modular raised toilet seat for my elderly mum. It’s easy to use and clean , it has different heights I was kept well informed regarding delivery and it came well packaged and in time . Would certainly use this company again

I have never purchased a wheelchair before and needed this very quickly for a relative who was due to leave hospital and return home. These are exactly what was needed. It has enabled me to get in out of my chair so much better. Just with those extra 6 inches. The fit on my cane arm chair leg is good and stable. My friend put them in place without too much trouble. Read the instructions to tilt the chair forward to fit the feet then do the back ones. Hard plastic and sturdy base. Thank you
