Delivered quickly, good product
Delivered quickly as promised. Good quality product. I had been given a Medina bath board for home by the hospital on discharge after an op and allowed to keep it. I have bought another to use at another address which I visit for a several days most months. I needed a slightly smaller size which I’m pleased to say fits nicely, tried for the first time today. I was happy that if it hadn’t fitted, I would be able to return it too.

Easy to order & quick delivery!
Due to a change in my health recently I was advised to find myself a little perching stool to help me out when carrying out certain tasks in the kitchen, anything that would usually involve me needing to stand for a while - something that's currently a tad problematic, so I needed an affordable perching stool quite quickly and Mobility Smart had the perfect one, ideal for my small kitchen and my limited budget.
Being able to use Klarna to delay the payment for a few days was most helpful too!
I ordered my Malling Perching Stool and it was delivered within a couple of days - brilliant service!
The stool itself is great for what I need, sturdy and supportive.
It folds up so can be tucked away when I don't need it.
A very fair price for a decent item.
Very happy with my purchase and the service.

Very good (and rare) bath board
At least this purchase was a positive one, I got a decent bath board, the solid kind I could not seem to find elsewhere as the ones with slats and lots of loose parts collect mould and get disgusting. Delivery was fine.

Product supplied was good quality and despatch time was fast, however minus one star for postage costs. £14.95 to post to the highlands despite it arriving by Royal Mail, which is a flat rate service across the UK!
