Very friendly service and delivery Zak who brought my scooter was lovely and he explained all about the scooter so five stars from me thank you so much.

First rate service from my first phone call to the lady who answered the phone then Stefan who called me back to answer my questions and take my order. I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order. The excellent service was continued when my scooter was delivered by Wayne who gave me full instructions on the scooter. Highly recommended.

The staff are helpful & friendly. The free Hand Delivery with Training is simply priceless, there was a full demonstration & all of my questions were answered with patience. Buying a Used Mobility Scooter is economical & the Warranty gives added reassurance.

The staff are pleasant repairs are always done .. but was surprised and the price of upgrading my scooter which id been asking for 3 yrs non in or price just keeps going up ... I pay for a scooter in winter months that you can't really use .. so thats 4 month retail payments for nothing just to sit in a hallway .
When I finally can get an upgrade £200. I DIDN'T pay that for my first scooter 1 months rent in advance...
My bodys broken not my mind .. was so annoyed .. ive been telling this company my scooter can't take the bad pavements where I live my scooter feels like its gonna fall apart
They just keep fixing it .. my tyres are bald which I told them not changed so now bad bumps and bald tyres tiller can't turn properly half the time as front end is no good yes they supposed to off fixed it ha ha ha .. not happy with these .. as these aren't concerned with your well fare just your payments at end of the month....

Always friendly and understanding and when my dad passed away after a call to the team they dealt with the cancellation and collection of his scooter kindly and efficiently
Highly recommend to anyone needing that bit of independence but with the added bonus of repairs and insurance thrown in

Phoned up today to discuss the purchase of a colt executive and got put through to Lawrence. I discussed that I had seen the same scooter elsewhere for £500 less and wanted to know what the mileage was or for any reason why it may be .
He wouldn't stop going on about Mobility Giants reviews and slagging off the other company and when I said my Father in Law very recently bought a scooter from Mobility Giant which stated new batteries which failed after 2 weeks so were not obviously new when sent out.
He still went on about reviews and didn't stop talking long enough to even listen to me and when I said my Father in law case was a real review. he stroppily told me to go and buy the one at the competitor.
Is this a sales person or company you would like to buy from.
Will I buy from them again, UNLIKELY.

To be honest it was great. Had problem signing my agreement on line but I phoned office and they talked mee through it. Thanks for that

My friend recommended mobility Giant to me , and I decided to have chat with them about a scooter and how to go bout it . The staff were very helpful with what I was looking for and delt with me very professionally . I picked my scooter I didn’t wait long for it either I’m now driving a scooter that’s reliable and it takes me a lot further means I can see family and friends now .
Fully covered for repairs break downs and knowing I will always be taken home it’s given my the confidence and security I needed I love this scooter .

Sales person James very helpful when I was making enquiries with regard to hiring a mobility scooter. My Rascal Vortex with canopy was delivered very promptly, within days of ordering. Guy, who delivered the scooter was very helpful and patient when giving instructions on operating the scooter. Would thoroughly recommend as they have a large range of mobility scooters (unlike those provided through the “motability scheme”).
