The engineer took the time to explain how to disassemble this mobility scooter onI wish I’d asked him to let me try before he went to the next customer

Just took delivery of my scooter, it’s fabulous (up to now) time will tell

from the moment that i enquired about leasing a scooter until it was delivered today (by the nice man in a van) ,this company has given excellent service. The transaction took a week overall.
The only quibble that I have to make is that some info was missing about. the features were missing. When I was contacted by Sebastian, I wanted one with a usb port however the model that I wanted was not in stock. Seb told me of another model that was in stock, When I looked at it on line it mention noting about a usb port. He checked up on his computer and he confirmed that not only did it have USB but also Air filled tyres rather then solid tyres. For this i would take away 1/2 star

Sales staff helpful, I purchased mobility scooter that was delivered on day and time that I had been advised. Scooter was exactly as advertised and delivery driver was most helpful talking me through operation and demonstrating how to collapse it for transport.

My order for a mobility scooter was dealt with by a very pleasant gentleman who explained everything in detail.
The scooter was delivered on time by a friendly engineer who explained the workings of the equipment. The whole experience went smoothly from the initial ordering to delivery. An excellent service throughout 👏.

Bought our first machine which was to big they took it back no problem. The second was great but we weren’t starting it correctly. They send an engineer out the next day to explain what we were doing wrong (very simple and our error), no charge.
They refunded the difference between the two machines immediately.
Overall perfect service from pillar to post. 5* from sales to service. Well done Mobility Giant

I didn't think I would get a rental but I did until my scooter is fixed I was treated with respect John was lovely thank you.

The product a refurbished Zest plus was in immaculate condition when delivered. The technician John was friendly polite and answered our questions with a smile.

Great communication and great advice! When choosing a scooter

The online messaging service didn’t work I confirmed acceptance of delivery date twice but still got a phone call saying I hadn’t done it. Also told on phone I would get a 2 hour slot on Friday, didn’t receive it till Sunday night. Delivery was duly made Monday with excellent service from Jonathon who showed me all the controls and adjusted the seat and tiller to fit me. He also set the mirrors to suit me. Thank you
